After driving all the way there and going through drive-thru to pick up an order, I was told that they were not even attempting... to do the phone orders that were coming in. For this reason the service is marked down very low. If they were not going to bedoing orders by phone, then they needed to turn off the option. Being courteous, so that people were not continuing to putthrough orders to the restaurant. Then having people drive all the way there to find out they were open, but not going tofulfill their food orders, because of a lack of help within the restaurant. Read more

Absolute worst experience in the world. The shift manager was extremely rude and threatened to call the cops and kick me out... his store because they didn't have soda. He had a very slick mouth and then his co worker chimed in towards the end and told meto use her name when I call corporate to complain because the first manager told me to call corporate but refused to give hisname. I went to this Taco Bell to order a breakfast box at the drive thru. My friend placed a mobile order and I was picking up both... of these orders. The woman working at the window told me I had to exit the Taco Bell parking lot and go back in line to get themobile order, even though both orders were ready... how does that make any sense?!? This was very bad customer service andwasted my time. I?ve never had this experience at a Taco Bell and even at this location. People seem to enjoy to make otherslives more difficult for no reason, so whatever policy this worker made up in her head needs to be changed. Read more

"Burrito supreme." LOL. Paid over $5 for a burrito one inch in diameter. Just ate for my last time at Taco Bell. Total rip off.

We waited in the drive thru line for about 15 min and when we got our turn to order we were told by the employee they were on... break and to come back in about 10 min. Totally unacceptable! We bought food from a competitor as obviously we didn't go back. Ido a lot of reviews as witnessed by my almost 600,000 online views of them and this is only one of a very few that have deservedzero stars! Regardless of staff shortages, when we were leaving there were 2-3 staff standing outside presumabley all on breakat the same time while there were cars still pulling up to the drive thru.
