Worst customer service I have ever seen. Pizza made incorrectly and delivered cold. Person on phone claimed to be the manager... Maricruz yet driver gave me names Leslie and Briana. They demanded I bring the cold pizza to the store if I wanted another one.I asked for my money back and told me to bring everything. They sent driver to pick up the cold order. The social of the day is large pizza with 5 toppings for $9.99. I ordered a veggie pizza, thin crust, with 5 toppings and they... charged me $17.99. The girl said there was nothing she could do, because that?s what the computer said...veggie pizzas are$17.99 no matter how many toppings So the ?manager? came over and we went through it again. He said I didn?t have 5 toppings,but 6. He read off the toppings and one was feta cheese. I told him I didn?t order feta cheese. He said it comes on veggiepizzas...even if you don?t order it And so I paid $8.00 for feta cheese that I did not order...and more importantly I did notwant. Read more
Called for a delivery but was told that it would be at least an hour. No problem, I'll just get carry out instead and was told a... 20 minute wait. I show up to the store in 10 minutes, a bit early I know. But NO one ever bothered to say hello or ask me if Iwas there to pick up or asked to take my order. I waited for over an hour, it wasn't till the delivery driver showed up that Iwas asked what I wanted to order. I let him know that I was there for a carry out. Lo and behold my order was just sitting thereon the racks for who knows how long. Then he can't even input my card information right, at which point I can no longer keep mycomposer. I just take my card back and walk out. Never yelled or said any profanities. Never going here again. Utterincompetence on so many levels. Read more
