Awful customer service came in to eat with my dad at May 11, 2022 at 8:56 pm ! The waiter Gabe?s out menu just walking in , then... he forgot I guess to offer drinks and even place an order took them about 30 Monet hung minutes until I had to call them out ifthey was going to help !! He said that many pizza was messed up and they was trying to fix them , it not my fault you want tostress cx setting the place and carry out order aside. Very disappointed that why the Pizza Hut was so empty they need to newworkers ! Read more
Just submitted with Pizza Hut main portal about my situation with Very rude assistant manager Gisela, one simple question about... my phone app delivery, when it should?ve been delivered 25 minutes ago. The only rude screaming tone answer I got from her isthat she didn?t have control on phone app orders and couldn?t do nothing about the status of my order of when it should havebeen delivered.
