Food was warm. Selection was limited at the time we went, the Mongolian grill was unmanned and the sushi bar only had one plate... with a few pieces there. We were in town visiting family and this was the only buffet in town. We live in McAllen where theChinese buffet selection is more robust. Ambient music was too quiet.
