Food was warm. Selection was limited at the time we went, the Mongolian grill was unmanned and the sushi bar only had one plate... with a few pieces there. We were in town visiting family and this was the only buffet in town. We live in McAllen where theChinese buffet selection is more robust. Ambient music was too quiet. There were two boys wrestling near the buffet and no oneon staff told them anything about it. Read more

Red Diamond has an excellent variety of fish and shrimp, but I was disappointed in the lack of vegetables. The grapefruit was... my favorite item, also the coconut chicken. We were just passing through so I think they cater more to the local crowd. Read more
