Placed an order for a sub with chips for my mom. She went to go pick it up, and they told her TWICE that the order, which was... already paid for, didn't come with the chips. So I had to double check the order, send a pic of the receipt/order to my mom, whowas already on her way home. She went back to the store, and got the chips, but the whole time she was there, the employee wasrude to her. Not even an apology or complimentary cookie for wasting her time and gas.
