I like both franchises, the Long John's clam strips were on point but the A&W floats were a joke. I was handed them over flowing... with root beer head then when that settled it was below the rim and the straw can spin freely so where's the darn ice cream? Read more
The food is just awful. The A&W float is great. I ate here once & will never eat here again. I might go back for a float.

Im rating a 5 on service alone. I think all fast foods have changed you pay more and give less... not as many chips with the... fish and they now mix shrimp with the little scrunchies and give less shrimp. Read more
Really like the LJS part of the restaurant, but the A&W buns are always cold. Heat/grill/toast the buns, please! Service is... usually good, but it can take awhile to get your food. Dining room very hot in summer. Great root beer in frosty mugs. Read more
