Our server was very sweet and welcoming. They did have fast service and good prices. However the food wasn?t great. Chili?s,... please make the menu more exciting by adding a better selection to choose from. The tea tasted weird and upon walking in thefloors smelled like dirty mop water/dirty mop head. We liked Chili?s. It? was one of our frequent places to go. It just took one day to ruined it. I placed an order to go. I had... order a side salad. As I was eating, I noticed there was a piece that just wasn?t breaking down like the others. I pulled itfrom my mouth. It was a piece of shredded plastic!!!! I also pulled another right after! Two pieces of plastic in my salad!!Luckily I found them before I swallow them. I called to let them know. All the manage did was apologize, asked for pics andoffered to refund just my salad. My salad was never refunded by the way. So disappointed in Chili?s. It also makes me hesitantto enjoy a salad anywhere. Read more
We went out with another couple and both us gals ordered the top sirloin steak dinner with loaded baked potato. I asked for no... chives and extra butter my dinner partner got my extra butter and I got plain mashed potatoes. The steak was good it was juicymight be a little salty I?ll just remember to let them know next time no added salt. Service was good and attentive and ourwaitress was cheerful. Read more
Fun atmosphere at Chili's as always. I got the 6 Oz sirloin with sides of street corn and loaded mashed potatoes. The steak was... really good. Just the right size! The street corn was very good too and well seasoned. The loaded mashed potatoes tasted likethere was a lot of sugar in them. Very strange. The service was good too very friendly. Read more
Ordered to 2 nachos for curbside pick up. Each box had 6 chips in burnt queso. $11 for 6 chips, burnt queso and nothing else.... Not even edible. Chilis has disappointed for the last time. Service has gone down hill as well as the food. Read more
Our server was great. However his team let him down in so many ways tonight. First we were given a Heineken 0.0 problem solved... easy. Then our food arrived two burgers and a salad. Salad was soggy. Burger #1 was over cooked. Burger #2 was literally coldand raw. I asked that burger #2 be re-fired and they just microwaved the plate. This was my 10 year old sons plate. Meat wasstill raw and food was super hot, like from the microwave. Super disappointed. As a GM in customer service I would never allowthis type of quality control slip through the crack. Read more
