One visit, the shop was dark, but the door is unlocked and when I enter a group of teens came out looking confused, served me,... and didn't turn the sign/lights on when I left. A different time the lights & sign was off, the door was locked. Yet anothertime there was a sign in the door that said cash only with the sign on, but the door was locked. These were all during their"normal" business hours, so we've had to stop coming to the location as we don't know if they'll be open or not, but the servicewe have gotten here has been great. Visiting New Mexico from out of state and came into this Cold Stone with my 5 year old niece and 6 year old nephew. The girl... working didn't say hello, she just yelled out "excuse me, do you have a mask?" We don't wear mask. I said no we don't do youhave one. She said "no sorry. If you don't have a mask you can't be here!" I think it's AMAZING that your business is makingsooo much money that you discriminate against against ur company. It was super hot in the store and the ice cream was melting even on the marble. The guy who made my love it size barely filled... the cup up to the edge and threw the rest of my ice cream away. He also did not chop up the banana but left it whole. Icommented on it to Kayla who rang us up and she said that she "domes" hers so i was getting the same amount. I paid $7 forbasically one scoop of ice cream. I normally love Coldstone but this store needs an attitude adjustment. Read more

Ice cream is awesome, just wish the staff was as well. Not sure if maybe their too young but its not hard to give proper... customer service. I simply asked for a waffle cone with nuts to have this employee shout and correct "hold on guys I need tomake a waffle Bowl with nuts" Did not think it was such a difficult request. I went to get an ice cream for my family because we love Coldstone. When I got home and started to dig into my ice cream I found... a gross blonde hair. I did see a young man at the creamery with long hair and not wearing a hair net so I?m guessing it may behis. This is not only disgusting but unsanitary. -5 stars. I?m really upset. My boyfriend and I ordered 2 ?love it? sizes with one mix in, on Door Dash from this location. Being... door dash, it was over 20$ for 2 love it sizes. So we spent a lot of money for 2 ice creams.. When it arrived, my boyfriendsorder was full and the right amount for a ?love it? size. Mine, however, was not even half full! There was so much empty spacein the container and just a small blob of ice cream in the middle. Almost like they purposely did it to make me mad. It wasseriously pathetic. I?d be willing to say it wasn?t EVEN a ?like it? amount of ice cream!! So I ordered a ?love it? and didn?tEVEN GET a ?like it? amount! I?ve gotten love it sizes before and I know how much they usually put. Plus, my boyfriends orderwas a full love it size. If there was an issue, like they didn?t have enough of the ice cream flavor I ordered, they could havecalled and I would have been fine with changing my flavor, if it meant I got a full order of ice cream! There was so much emptyspace in the cup it was a joke and I?m really frustrated. On top of that, there was almost none of the mix in that I ordered inmy ice cream either.
