Can not order online due to website not properly working. Call the Domino's Pizza located at 2415 Southern Blvd SE, Rio Rancho.... It sends you to a call center they were extremely polite. The lady stated there was an issue with the online ordering. Shethen sent the call to the location. The lady that answered the phone was extremely rude. Then the manager gets on the phoneexplained to him about the website. He states his policies on ordering. Simply trying to order several pizzas. Assumepolicies over payments (ordering). I always enjoy Domino's pizza. Today our cheese pizza was baked to perfection. So good, It was prepared and delivered by Gary... in 20 min, as expected. I want more if not for the calories. My favorite is Specialty pizza feta cheese and spinach. Read more
The pizza took nearly an hour from the time it left the store until it arrived, cold and crushed. How is this remotely... acceptable? I will say that the manager on duty was very helpful and determined to make it right, which is why I gave 3 starsand not 1. Read more
I met my quota on reporting issues because obviously Domino's thinks I am only submitting them for free pizza, so here it is. ... Let me start on a good note and say that the delivery driver, Jeffrey, was awesome, especially with performing two deliveries tomy location within a 30-minute timespan. The first pizza was burned too crispy, which I reported that issue before. The secondpizza was supposed to be pie cut, which it also states on the receipt and I still got square cut instead. Not sure whose brightidea square cut was, but to me, it doesn't make sense in regards to pizza. Anyway, today is the last day I will order from thislocation. Read more
So, yesterday on October 7, my friend and I ordered Domino's for our kids. My friend's child was so excited that there was so... much cheese, and when she bit into the pizza, she bit down onto a THUMBTACK! I called and Domino's offered me a new pizza, butour kids lost their appetite and then offered store credit and refused a refund. It seemed like there was little to noconcern.
