The concept of one person there solely to chat is just crazy to me. How can that one person not help expedite getting orders... out? I used to really like coming here, even chatting wasn?t too bad. But I don?t like chatting for 20+ minutes while otheremployees are making the drinks. Word to the wise, don?t go here if you want something quick and easy. This was long andcomplicated. So much better than Starbucks on every level. The employees are always friendly and gracious, as opposed to the condescending... and arrogant Starbucks employees. Better beverages and realistically priced. If you haven't tried Dutch Bros, give them a try,you won't be disappointed Read more
I waited 26 min for two blended coffees. I went to the walk up window, i was the only customer at the window and they had a... steady flow of cars through the drive through. I paid cash tipped $7 and waited right in front of the window while car aftercar pulled up and on their way. 20 min later as i sat right in front of the window making eye contact with the cashier who tookmy order over and over i went up and asked if my order would be ready. They started it after i asked and stated they were shortstaffed. I watched over 20 cars come and go as the cashier looked at me. i was the only one at the walk up counter sittingdirectly in front of the window where they made the coffee. The line looks long all the time but moves at a steady pace. Drinks are good every time I've gone so far. Employees are nice.
I?ve always had great experiences here. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Had a rough start to the day and the... barista at the window picked up on it. She took that little bit of time to just talk to me. Even wrote a note on my lid to helpmake my day better. Thank you to that barista this morning. Love dutch bros the employees are always so happy and friendly the service is great and the blended golden eagle with soft top... is so yummy! Its definitely a MUST! Only down side is the long long drive thru lines so I've been getting down and going to thewindow its soo much faster! Dutch Bros is my favorite place to get a Coffee, Tea, or a Rebel. So many choices and all packed with great taste. Customer... service is amazing. You can't go wrong here and every first of the month you get a sticker to collect. The Dutch Bros app isawesome!! Busy? Yep. Just have to get used to that sense they're drinks are so well made. I love the place and people. I'd say they have... soo many drinks to choose from. You'll have to go twice a day to get them all. I'd still say this is a better or less sugar thanStarbucks ??????????????? cheaper? Who knows but I'd choose this over them for now but remember each team member is prettyknowledgeable about the products they offer.
