23 Oct - Although the overall service could use some improvements, they've been open on time and the food has been great. Keep... it up! 4 Oct - as a glutton for punishment, I tried again this morning... and all was well today. Only time will tell whetheror not it stays this way. Maybe I'll change it to five stars next time. 30 Sept: I gave them another chance this morning, butfor the FOURTH time, no one answered at the drive-thru. I won't be back at any time, from now on. Update 28 Sept 2022: Over thepast month and a half and on three separate occasions, they have not answered when I've come through the drive-thru between0600 and 0630. This is unacceptable. I have to find somewhere else to stop for breakfast before work, which wastes time andcauses me to be late. DO BETTER. Original review: I've been to this location multiple times in the past almost three months,and they haven't disappointed me once! The only complaint I have is how greasy the tacos are; they soak through the wrappersAND the bag, which means extra care to keep said grease at bay would be much appreciated. Otherwise, I am hooked on those tacoseven though I know they're not good for me, lmao. I've also had one of their breakfast burritos, both the chicken tenders andnuggets, both types of fries, and their Jumbo Jack... all items are delicious and have always been fresh. They haven't been toobusy anytime I've gone, but no matter what, the employees do their job efficiently and with a smile on their face. I have toecho the review about how pretty the burger was - the one time I had a Jumbo Jack, it was made so well, it looked like thecommercials make them look, lol. Not sure how this has that many stars but this location is absolute trash!!! Please trust me when I say they have thee worst... customer service let alone cleanliness of their store, they close by 8-9pm and mess around in the store and parking lot tellingpatrons ?their closed.? I accidentally put a review for another restaurant on this site. Have since deleted it and feel the need to correct this. My... experiences with Jack in the Box have been great always. The chicken strips are tender and tasty. Good fries. I have purchasedthem twice recently, the last time on September 2, and the quality has been consistent. Definitely recommend this location. Wishthere was one on the east side of the river. Read more
I truly dislike giving low ratings but Jack in the Box just didn't measure up this time. I've visited before on several... occasions and been satisfied with service and quality. This visit was disappointing. The person taking my order seemed like Iwas bothering him when taking my order. Usually attendant is chatty and nice! Not this time. No polite personal greeting. Thefries were cold and tasteless. The #10 I ordered was a #15. The nuggets were small and dry! I didn't realize my order wasincorrect because I didn't check- my fault. I ate it anyway but didn't enjoy it. I may give another try but with the price Ipaid my money may be better spent elsewhere Read more

Tonight we ordered the Jacks Munchie meal! I got the chik n tot burger. It's a great deal!! Well worth the $$
