Used to be a go to location for us up until the new year (2022). The orders over the last year have always been received... incorrectly (wrong bread, wrong meat, added or missing ingredients). If you have an allergy to anything on this menu stay away. Have had one correct order this year and the Philly meat was even delivered spoiled and stinky for several subs. If you wouldlike to chance rotten meat and subs not made to order this place might be acceptable. For the 3 years prior if I ordered mysandwich "Mike's way" it came supremely made. Now "Mike's Way" or any other way for that matter means not only risk hazardousfood but any other type of sandwich they feel you should take instead of what you order. And, like others have said localfranchise management is not responsive and doesn't really seem to care. "It's just a job, right?" Read more

It can be a hit or miss here when getting it "Mike's way", because some overdue it or they don't know how to do it. I used to... use the reward system, but it really takes a lot to get any rewards. The prices have really gone up also. The cream soda isgreat and would recommend trying it out. Read more

Mmm?placed a pickup order on 10/29/22 for lunch & was happy it was ready upon arrival & delicious. My sub was done ?Mike?s way?... & had soft bread, thinly sliced meat, condiments & fresh veggies. They also put in the correct chips! ???????????????? Read more

Filthy. Too many kids not enough adults. Instead of cleaning, they're all goofing off in the backroom. Everything needed to be... refilled, no straws, no lids. Bathroom was filthy, no tp, garbage all overflowing. Nasty. Not what we expect from JerseyMikes. Food was ok. Service ok. But gotta clean up! Skip this location. Read more

Me and my family went to Jersey to order some subs and some cookies so we could go out to the middle of the desert and do some... shooting. We purchased three cookies from this place, drove out, and once we got there, my step-dad got super sick. The cookieswere super raw and not even cooked around the edges. We lost gas, ruined his clothes, lost time and our entire day wascompletely ruined. We went back and the manager wasn?t looking us in the eye and refused to give us our money back. We spentover 60 dollars for our food and only ended up giving us 40 back. And when we asked for the owner?s name and contactinformation, he was writing sloppy and refused to give us the number. My step-dad is now sick and at home miserable becausethese people don?t know how to make cookies right. And the manager may seem nice but he?s uncooperative, snarky, and a adisrespectful man. Do not ever go here. Read more

Legitimately Celiac Friendly! (specifically the 1121 Unser Blvd SE location.) Jesus made this experience both possible and... pleasurable. When we called to discuss how safe their gluten-free options really were, Jesus took the time to explain theentire process they go through. They completely stop the line, change gloves, clean everything, change gloves again, put downpaper, get toppings stored separately (and put them on a different counter to avoid confusion), bring out their "gluten freeknife" (it actually looks different than the rest of the knives, so there is never any mistake, ) make the sandwich, wrap it,put all the gluten free stuff away, then start the line again. When we arrived, he was interacting with everyone, joking around(appropriately), and kept a very positive attitude. We explained that we needed a legitimately gluten free italian sub. Hewalked his staff through the process he had described, kept the guests behind us engaged without making apologies (which ISINCERELY appreciate! I hate when places imply that being careful for my husband is an imposition they or other guests mustsuffer through!) and encouraged us to always feel welcome to return. The bread was Udi's (definitely NOT the best gluten freebread in the world) but it was the first real Italian he has had in eight years, and we are incredibly grateful to Jesus formaking it happen in a way that made us feel safe and welcome. I am not sure if we would risk it again if, when we arrived,Jesus was not present. We will have to see. Based on his skill and level of engagement, if he is not the owner of this location,I imagine he will own one soon enough! *****One word of warning, I did notice that they did not clean the meat cutter. Thiscompletely makes sense, as long as they do not introduce a teriyaki (or otherwise gluten-y) meat to their menu. ***** Read more

We went there after a dirt bike ride. The assistant manager was filling in from Santa Fe. Super friendly and he engaged... everyone. It was like he was keeping all the employees upbeat and he was doing a great job! Everyone was in a great mood, whichmakes everyone happy. Our sandwiches were awesome and the service, for a "behind the glass" sandwich shop could not have beenbetter. We will definately go back!! Read more
