Not sure where all these 5 star review people ate but it obviously wasn?t what I ate. First of all I spent $100 for 2 small... appetizers, 2 meals, a couple of sides and 2 desserts. We picked it up and brought it home. The fried alligator was burnt andlooked really gross and tasted like rubbery nothing. The fried green tomatoes tasted like sour milk. The shrimp poboy wasrubbery and had no flavor. It was difficult to eat. The mac and cheese had a very strong, weird flavor that we couldn?t eveneat. The key lime pie looked odd so we didn?t even try and the peach cobbler had gone bad and smelled absolutely terrible. Endedup throwing almost all of the food in the trash. Waste of $100. Worst food I have eaten ever and that?s saying a lot aroundhere. Should have just went to papadeaux and had decent food for probably less! Read more

First time visit with a friend. She highly recommended this restaurant for it's authentic flavors and small family business... values. This day my friend desired shrimp and grits. It looked delicious! She let me have a taste... I would order that myselfon a subsequent trip. However today the special was a calamari po-boy! The roll was crunchy, lettuce and tomato nice, thecalamari were piled high, thick and tender. I finished my entire sandwich! I cannot wait to return to try some of the otherspecialitys! Many thanks to my friend for introducing me to this great restaurant! Read more

I have been here before several times and it was great each time. This time the catfish was nasty the gumbo tasted generic and... I'm 99 percent sure the mac n cheese was out of the box. The only good thing was the collard greens. Read more

Came here to grab a quick midday snack. We got something simple to try out (i typically eat more creole food being that my... family is from nola) and everything tasted good along with their homemade cajun remoulade that went perfectly with our meals.Service was timely and friendly. I would give this place another chance to try other items off the menu. Read more

I really liked K'Lynns. It's a great lunch spot with delicious food. I got the Fried Okra, Shrimp Po Boy and the fried green... beans. The fried okra was good. The Shrimp Po Boy was delicious but there were not as many shrimp as I would've liked. Thefried green beans were also delicious. Read more

We're new to the Alburququre area, and love going to local owned resteraunts. We had family in for the holidays and they wanted... soulfood or cajun food. I immediately thought there would be no places in the area. I'm so happy I was wrong. We found K'Lynnson Google and popped in with fingers crossed. We were immediately greeted and Welcomed in to sit and eat. The Staff were sofeiendly and helpful. My family and I were very excited to see black eyed peas and collard greens for New Year's. Being from thrSouth I was really missing my Grannys cooking, K'Lynns hit the spot. Everything eas really good. Not everything tasted likeGrannies cooking but that's almost impossible to beat. LoL. I say you should stop in and grab a bite to eat. You won't bedisappointed. Our nephew who's 12 gave K'Lynns a 11 out of 10 because he said he felt happy here and Gator bites areAwesome! Thanks for a wonderful meal and yummy leftovers! ???? **we had gator bites basket, shrimp basket, K'Lynns fries, 3choice combo (shrimp etoufe, catfish, shrimp, mac n cheese, collard greens), jambalaya, and side of black eyed peas...oh and 2peach cobblers.** Read more

Stopped here for the 1st time because we were in the mood for some Cajun food. Located in Rio Ranco in a shopping mall at 1st we... couldn't find it but it's located on the north side of the strip mall. It's a small place with around 5 to 6 tables. You have toorder at the register even if you're dining in, then you can have a seat. Lady at the front was very nice and when asked aboutwhat certain dishes on the menu contained she was very knowledgeable. We asked for recommendations and we ended up taking one.We ordered the catfish basket with Mac n Cheese and the Creole shrimp. The catfish was very good and the Mac n Cheese wasawesome...very creamy. The creole shrimp was served on a bed of rice with toast. The flavor and heat was just what I wascraving. It was spicy but not too spicy. We ended up ordering a slice of sweet potato pie and we definitely enjoyed that. Wewere too stuffed to try the coconut cake but it looked amazing and the people that were eating it next to us verified it. Iwould recommend giving this place a try. We will definitely go back, and next time coconut cake is on my list. If you read myreview, please hit the like button. Thank you! Read more
