Manager was rude. We were charged for the wrong order and didn't realize it. When she brought it to our attention she didn't... say it politely. She came over all rude and says, "you still owe $8!" I asked for what, we paid and used a 20% off coupon. Shesaid they charged you for the wrong order. But instead of being nice about it she was really rude. We paid but she could havedone it politely. A $2 upcharge for orange juice. This company might be responsible for half of America?s obesity. The least they could do is have... the up charge relate to the actual difference in price. We all know a half gallon of Minute Maid is $4. They could still make aprofit on a $.40 up charge. Instead they price out health for the poor. Read more
I had an Epiphone as I was leaving Walmart the other day. It was a pretty hot afternoon and I felt gross from working outside... all day when out of the blue a prophetic vision overtook me as the only thing that existed in the entire universe was a heatdestroying strawberry milkshake. Last week I stopped at McDonald?s for some French fries. On the street corner by this McDonald?s was a man and his dog. The... man was holding a sign asking for help. I wished I had some cash to give to him but I didn?t have any. So when I pulled up tothe speaker I thought I would order some food for him and his dog. I asked the person taking my order to separate the order intotwo different bags because I was giving some of the food to the man on the corner. When I pulled up to the window to pay I heldout my card to put into the card reader. The cashier finished the transaction and handed me the receipt without reading my card.I asked him what was going on. He told me one of the McDonald?s employees was paying for my food. I want to let you know youhave an angel working at this store. This was last Thursday 2 June at about 4:45 pm. I don?t know their name but this employeeshould be recognized for their selflessness. I recommend without hesitation that you give them a raise! BTW I did not tell theman on the corner that the employee picked up the tab so he wouldn?t expect free food everyday from McDonald?s. Cheap! Yes! Inexpensive! Nope! You get what you pay for! This was supposed to be a chicken sandwich. Didn?t they used to come... with mayo or at least some type of sauce. Oh yeah! I am still looking for the piece of breaded chicken. Must be behind the ONEpickle. they used to offer grilled chicken as well but guess they would have to actually give a piece of chicken. Dollar storefrozen chicken sandwiches , way better deal. Way better tasting! I miss the days when places at least attempted to have goodservice and hood products. Read more
A super clean, fast, friendly fast food place next to Walmart on 528 and Enchanted Hills. I got the BIG breakfast with pancakes.... with a coffee. So big that I couldn't finish the pancakes..One piece of bacon was a little less cooked, floppy so I took it upto show them. They gave me TWO pieces of crispy bacon! FREE!!! I love this place! One night I stop by and after waiting half an hour in a relatively short line, I come to discover at home that the order is... completely wrong. I call and the manager says he can put my name down and I can get the order when next I stop by. Behold on mynext visit I go through the line and the manager takes my order.
