Man, was super excited to see this McDonald's being built in my neighborhood and being the first restaurant out here. Tried it... for breakfast ordered 2 sausage biscuits to take with me to the job site and man got instantly sick after finishing them. A fewdays later against my better judgement I stop again because I was tired after a long day of working outside for a big Mac meal.I got sick again same exact symptomstgst I experienced with the sausage biscuits. This tells me there are some real crosscontamination, employee hygiene and food holding temperature issues. Read more

I always have problems with this McDonalds they get orders wrong and even if you order ahead on the app and wait a bit to go you... still wait when you get there. They gave me a soda that had cleaning product in it. I got very sick from 2 sips cuz I wasn?tsure if I tasted what I thought and I asked them to change it and the guy brought out a different soda. My wife and I stopped for breakfast at this McDonald's on Rte. 528 in Rio Rancho. I've complemented them in the past, but... somehow things are getting much worse here. There were big pieces of egg shell in my wife's egg Mc Muffin and my oatmeal wasserved barely warm. When we mentioned this to the manager, her response was, "Oh". Not looking for a refund, but a simpleapology would have been nice. Maybe hiring people with some level of social skills would help. Read more
Hands down the best McDonald?s we have visited! Not many photos to show but from the 3 times we have visited, the location has... always been clean, friendly staff, and food was always warm and tasty! It was 10:30 at night and they were closing at 11. The lady working the window must have been in a huge rush or something... because when I requested an extra side of big mac sauce she said they didn?t do that which I know that they definitely do if youpay the cost for the extra sauce which I was completely okay with doing. Anyway she give me a nasty glare and goes to the backto grab the sauce. When she handed it to me I immediately didn?t trust her and when I got home I decided to look closely at thesauce she gave me and I found a nasty hair in my Big Mac dipping sauce. Seems like too much of a coincidence. I won?t bereturning anytime soon because I?m literally so grossed out. Read more
This chian sucks. Placed a breakfast order on the app and paid for it. Went to the store to pick it up to be told that it was... after breakfast hours when I placed it during breakfast hours.
