Tired of the inconsistent quality here. This last visit saw me missing out on an entire Double Quarter pounder. Just what I... needed after a long day of work. Would have called but for what reason? A free burger later? What good does that do me now whenI'm still hungry. A replacement that I have to take a 10 minute drive down and back to get? Yeah like I want to head right backout just to eat. I had the unlikely pleasure of meeting the owner at this McDonald's today. unfortunately he thought he could voice his opinion... about me buying a homeless individual some food from HIS restaurant. He indicated that "they"were always there without me evenasking for this information. What's the most infuriating part of all this is, I was buying from his restaurant and if he had aproblem with the homeless individuals hanging outside his , he would have informed them to get off his property after walking bythis individual twice. NOT very Christian like for you to run a restaurant and not feed who is hungry while you're at thecounter shoving your mouth with food. You should think twice about offering information when it's not ask for. Read more

WOW this McDonald's has the greatest service and the kindest most professional employees. I came on.a Tuesday night when it was... really busy. These guys work hard and I hope they are well paid for above and beyond service. Read more
Not sure what the reason, but the last time I came through the drive-thru I literally waited 30 minutes for my food. I was told... to pull up to the drive-thru reserved spaces for my food. As I waited I witnessed staff giving money back to several otherpeople who were waiting for their orders. When my food finally came out the worker said, "sorry about that wait" and handed me abag. No explanation. Luckily the food was good, although the order wasn't completely accurate. Worried about going here againafter my last experience. Read more
Most of the Mc Donalds I've been in aren't very clean on the inside. Granted, I seldom order from Mc Donalds but when I do I am... usually in and out pretty fast because I always get the same thing: a Mc Double no bun, large fry and M&M McFlurry with fudge. Ipre ordered 20 minutes in advance via the app but when I got there nothing was ready, they hadn't even started making it. Thenthey got the order wrong. But rather than wait another 10 minutes I just accepted it and left. Maybe they were having a busyday? I also didn't like how one of the workers mouthed off to the one who had asked for help. Honestly one of the best McDonald's in New Mexico, takes a side to Coors and Sequoia. Food is hot and great, service is awesome,... only thing keeping me from it getting 5 stars is better upkeep on cleanliness. Otherwise pretty solid! Read more
