Worst papa johns I've ever used. Consistently luke warm needing microwaved. Always a let down. Tonight I waited 3 hours for our... food to find out it was delivered to someone else. I even called to double check an hour in once it said on the way. After 3total hours of waiting no one even called to inform me. I have been ordering pizza from the same neighborhood Papa John's for several years, I love their pizza when they get it right. ... Lately I've been getting undercooked, very doughy crust, and I ask for square cut all the time and it's 50/50 with that request. I called the last time and asked for the manager, he was very pleasant and offered us a free pizza next time we order. Quick, prompt, and accurate! We are traveling through ABQ and stopped for the night. We thought pizza was a good option and... hadn?t had Papa John?s in quite some time. My wife ordered online for pickup, and it was ready in the 20 minutes that thewebsite said it would be ready in. The worker was friendly and helpful when I picked it up too! My only complaint was that whenI arrived, gps (Google and another gps provider) took me to between the Albertson?s and the Target. Papa John?s is on the righthand side of Albertson?s.
