Worst papa johns I've ever used. Consistently luke warm needing microwaved. Always a let down. Tonight I waited 3 hours for our... food to find out it was delivered to someone else. I even called to double check an hour in once it said on the way. After 3total hours of waiting no one even called to inform me. I have been ordering pizza from the same neighborhood Papa John's for several years, I love their pizza when they get it right. ... Lately I've been getting undercooked, very doughy crust, and I ask for square cut all the time and it's 50/50 with that request. I called the last time and asked for the manager, he was very pleasant and offered us a free pizza next time we order. I tookhim up on that today, and guess what?... a little doughy (not raw, however), and still no square cut. How hard is it to get apizza order right? Frustrated in Rio Rancho. Read more
Quick, prompt, and accurate! We are traveling through ABQ and stopped for the night. We thought pizza was a good option and... hadn?t had Papa John?s in quite some time. My wife ordered online for pickup, and it was ready in the 20 minutes that thewebsite said it would be ready in. The worker was friendly and helpful when I picked it up too! My only complaint was that whenI arrived, gps (Google and another gps provider) took me to between the Albertson?s and the Target. Papa John?s is on the righthand side of Albertson?s. I?ve recommended the update on Google though so that it is accurate. Read more

I should read the reviews before ordering from the store. My 15 year old daughter works as a lifeguard in an outdoor swimming... pool this summer. Last Friday she had a long shift until 9 pm. I decided to order pizza, appetizers, and a soda for my daughter,and the whole team of the lifeguards. It was supposed to be a surprize, so I didn't tell my daughter about it. When I picked herup, I asked how they all liked the pizza? The pizza was not delivered at all!!! My daughter was extremely hungry. I was shockedand mad!!! We used Papa Johns stores a lot and loved them when we lived in Missouri. I received a questionnaire to my emailabout my experience that night. I wrote everything I thought about the experience, and requested the manager to contact me viaemail. They asked for 48 hours for the response. We waited 48 hours, nothing has happened, and my husband called the store. Theydid not know about the situation, and blamed us that we did not call them the same day. We're canceling the transaction, andnever ever again going to order anything from Papa Johns here in NM! Read more
Papa Johns delivered my order to my neighbor's house over an hour after I ordered. They didn't even leave a receipt for the... neighbor's kids to bring to me. This isn't the first time they've screwed up an order either. When I contacted customer servicethey didn't do anything at all. Thank you for a terrible experience. Read more
If I could give them no stars I would. We called and needed to speak with a manager about an issue with the food. They said they... would re make it and we noticed one was a small we ordered a medium we called back just to let them know. We got rudely told?your pizza is being re made? they set the phone down as we?re talking and hung up. So we called back to see what?s going on andthey hung up a second time. If you want a soggy diaper pizza, or get a small when your ordered a medium go right ahead. Read more
