The staff was very playful with each other yet they kept us (customers) in their mind for top notch service.

Came in on Halloween to get the pumpkin pizza for my family on Halloween night but was faced with an handwritten out of dough... sign for walkins but not online orders so I tired placing an online order and could not order the pumpkin style pizza so Iwalked in again and spoke with some kid and asked if there was anything I can get and he asked if I had an online order Irelayed no I didn?t it wouldn?t let me order the pizza and he said we?ll were out of dough?.. okay but you can make an onlineorder? So instead of just giving me any pizza they had available I now have to find something else for my family when papaMurphys advised this offer for October but on Halloween doesn?t prepare enough dough to last? We had a really horrible experience with this place today. One of the 2 pizzas we ordered was missing the SAUCE. Yes, you read... correctly - the PIZZA PLACE forgot to add the pizza sauce to our pizza. Parts of the order were missing altogether and, asicing on the cake, the romaine lettuce in the chicken Cesar was black, rotten or just limp. Barely edible and certainlyunappetizing. The people in there are very good hearted I was once having trouble with my card need to get a new one my strip was worn the... card was at that time 6 years old and it wouldn?t read the young man in there in the kindness in his heart said let me see ifit?s not the reader and ran his card and paid my order it?s not that I most impressed but I just didn?t want to give up my cashin my pocket but his kindness was greatly appreciated but I thank him and gave him cash I told he had a very good heart but Ican pay for my dinner I just didn?t wNt to go to the bank and the young man I thank blessed him for his character and to thisday we I will always go to there store loyality earned with a simple act of kindness Read more

They don?t come better than David. Today, we tried several times to make our regular, almost-weekly order online, but kept... getting error messages. We figured they may have been out of the gluten-free crust, so we switched to regular and our order wentthrough. To my surprise, minutes later, DAVID CALLED US and asked if we were sure we didn?t want our usual gluten-free!C?mon! Even though the pizza isn?t all that amazing, David is. I love the pizza and the people that work here are awesome! Tonight I ordered a pizza and didn?t realize that they closed at 7.... I rolled in at 720 and they had stayed and waited for me! I always return back to Papa Murphy's for the experience. They have friendly staff workers , inside they're very clean,... organized and quick. The pizzas are made in front of you with fresh ingredients you & the kids can see, which is wrapped to takehome to bake w/ love @ 425° .First timers will be a long time customer & don't forget to sign up for Papa's rewards. ???? Never seen a more miserable pizza. Why not put toppings on the other 80% of the pizza? Last time I'll ever use this location.... I tried to call and voice my displeasure and Bianca hung the phone up on me. Do not use this location. Needs a little managementupgrade. I'd be worried if I was the owner. Read more
