Went in today to get a veggie sandwich and they charge me four dollars extra on the sandwich to get avocado total price for a... medium veggie sandwich cost me $14.31 I get home and there?s practically no avocado on it whatsoever, I?m a senior and I feellike I?ve gotten taken advantage of. I want to explain my three? The food deserves a 5, but the girl at the window deserves a 0. The name on the receipt says Gina?... (hopefully that is this girls actual name.) My friend and I went through the drive through, and everything was great until wepulled up to the window. When we got up there we asked for an extra bag, some napkins, and a few things that we didn?t thechance to say we wanted before. She seems super annoyed and kept slamming the drive through window on my friend when she wastrying to talk to her. The woman kept rolling her eyes and acting irritated. Worst Experience Ever. Plus made the food wrong 3 times. Manager Kylie has No Clue what she's doing. She needs more training..... never got my money back. Will NEVER go back to this location. Now who did a good job was Mya she tried her beat after the firstwrong that it came out wrong. Apologized took responsibility and asked for the receipt so they could make it right.. got theorser again and was made wrong again. Manager had to call to see how to give a refund. How sad. Now after weeks of trying to letthis go has sparked the fact that if no one ever says anything this will never get fixed. Hopefully someone reads this. Wow I never had it before and surprisingly I had pizza at this sandwich place. That bbq jalapeno chicken pizza was quite... delicious. The food was okay. I haven?t eaten at a Schlotzsky?s in 10 years ? it wasn?t as good as I remember. Service was quick and the... worker was nice-ish. The store was not kept very well. Screens don?t work. Trash can inside is dirty. Patio is dirty, weeds needto be pulled. Nothing was priced, you just had to order and hope it wasn?t too expensive. Water is $1.99 for Sam?s Club water!That seems excessive. If you?re going to charge that much for water at least sell Aquafina or something with a name brand. Read more
