Pulled into a stall and ordered two simple drinks. After 20 minutes the sign stated the drinks were on the way. 20 minutes... later, still no drinks. Luckily the person next me that pulled up 15 mins after I arrived, got their order at this point. Had towalk up to the front and intercept someone to ask where the drinks were. Of course they we just sitting there melting away.Don't waste your time in the stalls. At best hit up the drive thru or find another drink joint that respects your time/money. Read more

Not only were the stalls closed, but it smelled like rotten eggs as you went through the drive thru. I placed a mobile order and... we needed to pick up another burger and fries separately, but once we said we were there to pick up an order they told us topull up to the window and turned off their mic so we couldn't place the separate order. Once we finally got our food it was likewarm at best. I used to love coming to sonic but every single sonic I've gone too recently has been very disappointing. Read more

If your an Uber driver or a grub hub driver they get annoyed. I pulled into the stalls as told I am waiting for the order the... girl bringing out the food passes by every time and looks at us very irritated. 7:09 pm arrival now it?s 730pm I?m calling thisquits. People who?s arrived after have and ordered have gotten their food already. I have no idea why they let grub hub or doordash pick up orders of their going to be angry about us providing a service. Waited over an hour for the food after we ordered. When we did get the food it was cold and not what we ordered Second time... something happened. I somehow payed for someone else's order and they were supposed to reimburse my bank card and never got itback. I will never go to another sonic!!! Read more

Stay away from this place. I ordered a burger with now mayo and received a burger with no veggies and only mustard and mayo, how... do you mess up an order THAT bad? Meh, I ate it anyway and went on about my life. Ordered from them again and the exact samething happened. But, that's not why I'm telling you to stay away. The second time the meat had clearly been sitting in a warmerfor several hours. Call me paranoid but I threw that one straight into the trash, food safety is no joke. Read more

Please be aware, if you pay for a large order of Chili Cheese tots, that does not mean you will receive a large order, just the... large tray. This has happened multiple times at this location during peak and slower hours. I've ordered small, medium, andlarge with very little difference if any in the amount of food you receive. Don't waste your money on large orders of CC tots orfries unless you simply want more packaging. Read more

Food was delicious, hot and fast, but service may vary. Pushed the red button at 637pm didn't get an answer until 639pm. Was... greeted with, "How can I help you?"& then ordered for a family of 5. I had made an error when ordering and asked to have easyice on all drinks, no response for about 30 seconds. I said "Hello?" Intercom responded with "I am putting easy ice on ALL ofyour drinks." Gave total of $36.78 and asked if my order was correct on screen. I paid w/ a card. At 646pm a carhop, Destiny,came out asking for verification of my ID and card due to such a large purchase. Destiny was very polite and read my orderedback to me and went back inside and retrieve my order. Left Sonic at 652pm. I was happy with the fast readiness of food, politeand courtesy carhop- Destiny, & cleaninessly of lot. I wasn't happy with the person on the intercom's tone, lack of courtesy andnot suggestive or up selling. Also I felt a bit insulted when asked for my ID for my purchase. I understand identities arestolen and verification is required and possibly this is a new regulation of Sonic, but my family and I have been going to thislocation for years and have never been asked to verify identity for purchases over $36 Read more
