Every sonic here in the north valley sucks. Every time I've gone for food the customer service has horrible, the food was either... old or cold. Workers no longer seem to care that they are handling peoples food. All they care about is showing up for a check.Sonic use to be my go to place especially for happy hour but now with the prices so high, the service and food Quality it's. Nolonger worth it. Also please switch back to the foam cups. Whenever I order a slush it's half way melted before I get home. Wasnot a very smart decision to switch. Read more

Basic hot dog and onion rings made one of the best meals I've ever had. Beef weiner was excellent, bread could have been just... baked. Really a nice surprise! Read more

There are 2 Sonic locations in the Rio Rancho area? this is the better of the two. Staff is friendly and efficient. Food is... always consistent and accurate. You get what you expect at this location, the food and the service, no surprises. We go to thislocation whenever possible even though it?s much farther away than the other one. Read more

Worst Sonic experience thus far. We ordered a medium strawberry unsweetened tea, a rt. 44 strawberry sprite, and cheddar... peppers. The only thing they got right were the cheddar peppers. They originally brought us a large strawberry slush and a largecoke. We let them know the drinks were wrong and they still brought us the wrong drinks. My husband jokingly said he hoped theydidn't spit in our drinks and the worker said, "no promises." Sonic has gone downhill. Better management is much needed! Thekids working there have no work ethic whatsoever. We will not be returning to another Sonic again, unfortunately. Read more

I have an icecream ???? ???? craving everyday. I go to several places for icecream. We always have to ask for napkins. I think... it is a company policy and I don't understand it. Never fails that when you order a drink you get .1% of the drink and the rest water ... iv addressed this with this location and... its always the same ...golf course location is the same. Dont have time to be running back and forth to fix this ... if themachine is purging replace the syrup... simple enough for my kiddo to do takes less than 2 mins. Smh Read more

I come to this sonic all the time, from time to time we have our food wrong or missing but I NEVER complain however this... interaction was the absolute worst. I ordered 1 drink very simple, they messed it up, go figure. I called to speak with themanager about it, unfortunately for me I got to speak with Brittany and she was awful, I?m a manager for a large corporation andher behavior was disgusting and needs to be addressed. I would love for Michelle the main manager to contact me. Brittany let meknow that Michelle comes in when she pleases and doesn?t have a set schedule.
