Usually I never have issues with this store but I put in an uber eats order & they did not seal my drink. They also left out my... lime bar. Which was an extra $3.50 on top of the $16 I was paying for the drink/delivery. Why wouldn't you seal A DRINK for anUBER EATS order? Like how am I supposed to know the delivery person wasn't messing with my drink? The manager or whoeveranswered the phone even admitted it was a mistake on their end. Apparently they won't be able to refund me either since my orderwas processed through Uber Eats. I used to work at walgreens across the road & their customer service isn't much better so I'mreally not surprised. All the businesses in the area seem to need people that actually value the time/money of their customers.Probably won't come back here ever again. Read more

The staff was nice and cheerful, but the coffee was terrible. Ordered a Vente Caramel Macchiato. It was very weak, tasted like... watered down hot coco, not worth the 6+ bucks. Read more

I went today around 1 the lady who took my order was nice ???? and the person who made my Carmel macchiato it was on point very... delicious! I rather come to this Starbucks than the one by wal mart on southern!! This Starbucks knows how make your drinks!!! Read more

I really like this location they are doing a lot better- when they gave me a napkin with my pumpkin muffin it made me happy at... being thoughtful - I?m at a Starbucks almost everyday and that never happens. They are super nice. Read more

I just want to say that being a former barista myself for the Starbucks corporation, that this Starbucks is one of the best... Starbucks I have ever visited. I always took a lot of pride in making the drink the way it looks in the picture and that is oneof the numerous things I get with this experience at this store. The staff is extremely friendly, they always make my drink toperfection, in a timely manner and hand it off to me with a smile, a thank you for coming into Starbucks and have a great day! I spoke with the manager Hayden to compliment the baristas and the quality of the drink which I received and she informed methat she actually trains her baristas to always hand off the highest quality drinks, no matter what with no exceptions!! Thisstore is 25 minutes out of my and on the way on the way here I pass two other Starbucks stores. But I can definitely say thatextra time to get to this store is not wasted and is actually well worth it for the whole experience. I want to say thank youto the manager Hayden and the staff at this store for doing such an exceptional job, you are outstanding and you deserve all therecognition for the jobs that you are doing to always take care of the customer and put out those amazing drinks. The people were friendly, the place was clean and the specialty coffee was really good. The 4 stars is only because all... Starbucks are basically overpriced for a overly sweet, full of sugar, bad for you drink. I only go to Starbucks and splurge whenI'm out of town once in awhile and don't want hotel coffee. Can't believe people buy these for their kids! That's bad. Read more

The wait was ridiculously long - over 20 min. And there's no way to get out of the line in the drive through. I ordered a... venti drink. The top 1/2 was foam - yet I ordered an iced drink. When I've ordered this at other locations I got a ventidrink. The name of the drink says it is shaken. Yet all the espresso was sitting on the bottom. I won't be stopping at thisStarbucks again. This used to be my favorite location because the workers at this location seemed to be the only ones that followed instructions... and made my coffee exactly how I ordered it! But then they hired some white lady with purple hair that gets offended if you tellher she missed something. Adding extra cold foam to a coffee is too much of a hassle for her! She was super rude, tossed the oldcoffee in the trash, made another coffee with the cold foams i paid for and skipped adding the espresso shot i also paid for!They should know that if you are a regular customer you can actually taste the difference! I will not be ordering from thislocation again. Someone needs to tell this lady to chill out! ???? Read more
