Well we used to come here every morning but lately the service sucks, the drive thru takes forever now. Today we went inside and... stood there while 4-5 workers moved about they did not even acknowledge us just continued about their business so we left. Weused to be able to get in and out of the drive thru in less than 10 minutes but that hasn?t happened in awhile. Plus they?realways out of stuff so by the time you get to order they don?t even have what you want. Whoever is managing here needs to dobetter. So disappointing. Read more

Almost choked on a long black hair in my latte? my hair is currently short so definitely not mine.
Not one to give bad reviews, but waiting for over 20 minutes at the drive thru without opportunity to get out of line because... Starbucks' policy doesn't allow baristas to tell customers with a large order to park their car and have someone bring theirdrinks out to them. It's not inconvenient, it's ridiculous and makes everyone late and frustrated. Read more
I don't know what it is about this location but I've been there twice and each time the food and my drink taste off somehow and... I end up having a stomach ache. This never happened to me with the other locations in Rio Rancho. Also, the staff aren't thefriendliest either compared to the other locations. I definitely won't be going back to this one. Read more
I don't know if it's because it pretty busy most days since only one near this area but I have been going for two years... unfortunately ITS BY FAR THE WORST AND SLOWEST Starbucks I have even been to. I started driving to the target on Coors for theStarbucks inside and they have NEVER made my drink awful and gross I usually get a Carmel macchiato and man this location NEEDSTRAINING ON THE DRINKS I have tried numerous different drinks and this location SUCKS AT ALL !! Great Service here. This must be one of my Favorite Starbucks I have been to. Perfect location, the baristas here are awesome... and on point with knowledge of their skill to make some awesome coffee. Comfortable setting, Setting with Outlets to chargeyour devices if needed. Read more
This is the best Starbucks that I have been. Bianca is awesome and always has a kind word and positive attitude! Great customer... service by the staff here and they always greet customers as they arrive and depart. I will often go out of my way or wait toget my favorite drinks, sandwich or baked goods from this location! Read more
