Worst service! Unorganized! Orders aren't handled in order. Time specified on when the order would be complete, and it's twenty... minutes past the time and I'm still waiting as they are coughing without the use of masks. Disappointing boys! Not worth the$70. Read more

First time with the new menu. Going to take some getting used to it. REALLY missing the Honey Oat bread though! Also REALLY... don't like the fact that not all Subways are honoring the coupons! I've been leaving the sandwiches for the employees if theydon't take the coupon. I've always enjoyed Subway sandwiches. We'll see how it goes I guess. Q! Read more

Ordered our favorites from App. Put the wrong chicken on both sandwiches, asked for extra chipotle sauce on both sandwiches, but... they left it off of both. Not as good when it?s not what you ordered. Sadly, no place on the app to let them know they messedup, so only recourse is this public forum. I will think long and hard before coming here again. My wife and I visited your location on Saturday the 12th. We took our orders with us and that was the last thing we ate that... day. On Sunday the 13th, and going through to today I have been felled by food poisoning. Some part of my foot long ChickenBacon Ranch was spoiled. The sandwich makers use to be so nice here. Not sure where they all went. The other day I ordered through the app for car side... pickup. I pushed the button that said I was here and it said it should be out soon. After waiting 20 minutes I went inside toinquire about my order. I asked about my order and they said it?s sitting on the in-store pickup rack. I told them I requestedfor car side pickup and the curly haired kid told me that he forgot to bring it out and just put on the side. I told him that Iunderstand people forget, and that I forgive him. But now my concern is that my food is cold and I would like to have it remade.I was told no by one of the other female employees because they?re too busy. No customers were in the store, no one was out inthe parking lot, and I didn?t see them making any orders. Long story short, I may not come back here. Read more
