The employees were telling the customers that they were out of lettuce but I overheard them talking that the manager just didn't... want them to prepare more before the Thanksgiving holiday. No straws and you have to get your own napkins. Why can't they justput them in the bag? Read more

I?ve been doing curbside at the location on southern and they?ve been good but the last couple times we?ve been to this location... has been terrible. We ordered curbside on the app, and both times we were told our food was ready, but when we arrived our foodhad not even been started on. So we had to wait an extra 20-30 minutes while they attended the customers inside, and thenstarted to work in our food. If it?s gonna be awhile fine, but don?t make us wait in your parking lot longer for food that wasnever even ready in the first place. This actually really bothers me a lot, and I?m being pretty kind here, so it would be nicethat if you could re train your employees if this review is looked at. Read more

Hard bread, veggies were all so low the person was scraping tins to get any. Of course they use these scraps to make our... sandwiches with and of course they became soppy and wet because of this. Disgusting! This subway is broken! Should be closeddown! Read more

Horrible Experience. Over 1 hour to get 2 sandwiches (even did a mobile order). They were out of several breads, proteins, and... veggies. The restaurant was filthy ( floor, all booths, even behind the counter). I sent my family back outside because it wasso bad. They either need better management or ownership to step in. Will never go back. Absolutely Horrid Experience!!! Notworth it. Read more

I had stopped by my local subway today to pick up a sandwhich and the customer service was excellent the only was the fella with... big eyes, maybe 5?11 which im assuming was the manager looked weird. He was friendly and greeted me as i walked through the doorhe just looked a little abnormal. So close to putting a 5 star but man was that site to see???? Read more

We walked in 20 minutes before closing and apologized when we walked in because we got there right before closing. Immediately... the kid that helped us, Jay, gave us a dirty look and pretty everything has already been packed for the night and we were toldthat what was out was all they had to make sandwiches. Mind you the only think out was enough to make one foot long cold cutombo, bacon and ham with very few veggies. Through the entire encounter, he was rude and unprofessional...he definitely shouldbe coached on customer service skills. Lastly, someone walled in a few minutes after us and she wasn't treated poorly. Thisemployee should either work somewhere he can bully customers and figure out how to get his attitude under control. Not clean, customers with no mask on. One person started making my sandwich put it in the toaster then left. Another person... finally came over mask around chin, pulled my sandwich out the toaster and coughed on it while still not wear mask properly.Paid for what I order but throw the sandwich way. Should of walked out when I came in, they were sitting on food prep area masksof. They also made it seem like I was ruining their day by being there. 3 people and took 5 minutes to get a coughed onsandwich. Never coming back. Read more
