The food and service seems to get worse as night falls. My combination enchilada plate has only 1 enchilada , soupy beans and no... tacos. Food was flavorless and runny. Great tasting food. The late evening drive through was very busy. It looked like there were only 2 guys working that night. ... The guy working the mic, and the window...awesome job. Worst customer service from Jesus N off southern. From the first point of contact at the menu to order he didn't sound happy and... was very rude and cute us off. Didn't hand us all of our food at the window so we honked for a couple minutes to get hisattention but he was too busy messing around with his coworkers in the back. I got out to gently knock on the window andmentioned my missed item. He was rude and told us never to do that again and that we need to honk, when we wanted 5min of ourtime just doing that, he didn't apologize or have any remorse for his lack of knowledge.. I came right around noon on a workday and there were no other customers. The people were nice. I ordered a regular size ground... beef burrito smothered in green. There were two things wrong, the beef and the green. The beef hadn't been drained so the wholebottom of the container was drenched in orange liquid fat, such that even bites with only tortilla were gross. The green is hardto describe, but whereas green chile sauce is normally a liquid, this had a jello consistency, even while warm. I threw away 3/4of my lunch and didn't enjoy the other 1/4. Got my order wrong. Which ok I let pass as what they gave me was still good. Sit down to eat the dining room is filthy. Out of... most utensils, trash overfilled, floors littered, a roach on the floor, I won't even discuss the bathrooms. Not sure what'sgoing on here but I sure won't be back! Wooooow. Just wow. Ordered through uber eats. Son was missing his kids meal. Called to ask about it. Man who answered was RUDE... as hell. Said "well that sucks" and hung up on me. Never answered when called back. Reaching out to corporate because I havenever in my adult life been talked to like that. Enter a grimy dining room. Enjoy the fruit punch lake as you step up and place your order, and then have to step in it to fill... your cup. Don't worry, the staff know the lake is there and put a wet floor sign in it. Your child will be interested in thefloor sign and knock it over. You will have to pick it up out of the punch and set it back where you found it. Nothing fromstaff. Your shoes will stick to the filthy floor as you make your way to the vacant tables, where you can watch at least 5 flybodies in the windowsill. As you wait for what seems a really long time, you will notice that of the 5 teens working, only oneis actually doing anything. A man who ordered take out returns, the hamburger he ordered WAS MISSING. The girl acts surprisedbut the store was not busy so one wonders how that happened. The one girl working is very nice and helpful, when you can get herattention. Of the two bathrooms, one has a lovely puddle of sewer water around the toilet. The resident cockroach in the otherwould probably be happy to get you a paper towel, he seems plenty big enough to do so. Also, he seems very content to be there.He probably works there too. Called an order about 20 minutes ahead of time. A single burrito, a drink, and churros. Paid when I got here and have now been... waiting for over 20 minutes in the drive through.
