The food is usually good but the drive thru takes awhile. Usually 15 minutes or more. The last time I was here, I ordered an... Indian taco and it was room temp, hardly warm at all, and the fry bread seemed old. It was hard and stale. Super disappointedwith this especially because I was so hungry. I didn't ask for them to fix it because I was on my lunch break and it would'vetaken too long. Read more

After anlong wait in line, my enchilada combo plate was given to me. It was soupy beans and 1 tortilla folded with little... cheese. There were no tacos. I called only to have a woman ( manager) talk down to me and question if I had eaten the food!!.HORRIBLE FOOD AND SERVICE! ???? Read more

If you?re looking for a burrito, go to Stripes. Twisters has gone down hill. They make mediocre breakfast burritos. The drive... thru times are heinous. I can go through a 15 car Stripes Burrito lane faster than a 2-3 car line here. The burritos at Twistersare small and mostly composed of tortilla. Get more for your time and money, go to Stripes Read more

If I could give no stars I would .. been waiting in drive thru line for over 25 mins took them 10 mins just to take my order . 2... cars behind me drove off,and when I get to the window I see workers just standing around and complaining? overall wait was 50minutes .. I even had to drive off the last time I came ? to top off this rant THEY STILL GOT MY ORDER WRONG asked for 2chorizo burritos and they gave me a carne adovada and one plain bacon!!!!! definitely won?t be back. I wouldn?t even bother tocall the manager either because nothing changes. Read more

Waited in the drive thru line for over 25 minutes, but I was trapped by the curb and couldn't just leave. Lady in front of me... tried to hop the curb and got stuck. When she got unstuck and got to the window, she cursed out the cashier and sped off. Ipulled up to the window and told the cashier, I'm not going to swear like she did, but if my order isn't almost ready I'm goingto pass and leave. The manager looked and said 'this order didn't even make it to the kitchen, that's weird.' So, I left. Noapology for the wait, etc. etc. Unfortunately, this is the third strike at this location, same kind of crazy wait and poorservice, so won't be coming here again! Read more

My brother who is from the area recommended that we go here. He ordered takeout through the drive-through, two orders of Nachos... for the kids and a Twister burrito. I was amazed at the quantity of food. At first I thought we were not ordering enough foodbut when I saw the size of the burrito I was impressed. I love New Mexican food with green chilies and the twister burrito didnot disappoint. I also liked the fries on top with the enchilada sauce. I wish I would have thought to take a picture. When weare back in the area I will go back again. It was a little spicy for the kids but I am already craving it again. Update- madeanother trip down and got some more Twisters. See attached photo. Good morning Twisters on Ridge Rock! There is only been two locations that I?ve gone for my breakfast burritos. A week ago I... decided I would try Twisters off of 528 and Ridge Rock. I have been to the same location three times in 10 days in order to getan idea of how service and food would be. I have consistently ordered the same food: the vegetarian and the Santa Fe breakfastburritos. On one occasion there was a line of about eight cars but I was satisfied with the drive-through time of less than 10minutes with my food prepared and delivered. The employee taking the orders has always been clear on the order and repeating theorder for accuracy. The next two visits had shorter lines maintaining the same level of customer service and the food wasconsistently the same size and quality. Good job! I want to give some kudos to older employee (I missed her name) who took myorder on the second visit. Super kind and thoughtful! You made my day! Good job to this location! Update: I would also like toadd that this is a great opportunity for kids that are approaching that working age to go get a summer job. All serviceindustries are short on people increasing your odds of getting hired! Do not blame the service industry for slow deliverytimes. This industry, including Twisters, need manpower to function. Let?s get back to work! Read more
