Placed a mobile order, drove out to pick up and they told me they were out of the cheesy baked potato. They said they couldn?t... change order but then said I can substitute for something else. Mention 5 items they were out of all of them. asked for a refundthey said they couldn?t edit the order. I don?t blame the kids working but it starts with leadership. My food was cold cheesenot melted. I?ve experienced unpleasant experience after unpleasant experience here. I?m glad we are getting a Whataburger. Read more

Very good Wendy's location. Had not been to Wendy's for breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised. Overall it as better than... expected on the food. However, the night shift cleaning needs to be improved in a few areas. Overall, would go back. Read more

Lobby locked down during dinner hours for dine in on a Saturday evening. This is the second Wendy's that I visited in the past... two months were the Lobby was closed, if it wasn't for that reason I would have given a higher rating. Overall food is fairlygood, though. Read more

The ABSOLUTE WORST Wendy?s I?ve ever been to. No ice for drinks I can get over but when the food is colder than an ice cold... drink you should be ashamed. Ordered a coke & bacon cheeseburger. The bun was actually still ice cold as was the cheese &burger but the lettuce & tomato were warm & wilted. Shame on you!!!!!! Read more

There are 2 components to my reviews: Rating of the restaurant and rating of the app because pretty much all of the stores are... pushing consumers to use the app which is annoying because they are usually very problematic. However, the best deals andvalues are usually found by using the app. A couple of times, I used the app only to find out when I got my food that the appprices were very different from the actual prices and I was surprised and not happy about it. I didn't have time to go fightthe store manager about it. I called and talked to them and they required me to come in to dispute the charges. I didn't havetime for that. In this particular case, I went with the deal advertised on the outside of the store which was pretty good: Some kind of bag meal for $5. That was a good bang for a buck. When I used the app and got ripped off, I paid probably $8 morethan I should have and the biggest problem was that the full cost wasn't disclosed during the use of the app. Only when Ipicked up my food did I find out the full cost. It's better now but make sure to check and be sure to dispute any differencesso that these issues get fixed. Read more

I had made the mistake of ordering from Uber Eats and spent close to $32.00 on a meal that is usually under $20.00. Wendy's... closes the lobby at a certain hour so the drive though is usually a mess. Not only was my order completely wrong, but it lookedlike someone got into my bag and ate 3/4 of the fries in each container. I'm sorry, but that is horrible business! Of course Icomplained to Uber Eats, but they are no help. I am highly disappointed in both companies and won't bother with this locationin the future! Read more
