I believe that the reason why some businesses don't last or grow in Rio Rico or Nogales is because I see a community of whiners... who only offer negative criticism. I've gone plenty of times to this location and they have the best pizza I've ever tasted ofall the Little Ceasars that I've ever gone too. The staff have always been amazing to me and polite, but then again I rememberthat you get treated the same way you treat others. For all of you who've had a bad experience take a moment to reflect on youractions and attitude, you might be the problem. I work for customer service and have worked for the food industry before,customers can sometimes have such a rude approach and unfortunately not everybody has the intelligence and manners to handle it.I give this place a 5 star because I've always been given great service, despite the rude comments. They charged us for two orders of wings and we only got one. I called for them to credit me the extra money they charged and... Angie the manager said that I needed to go back and pickup the extra wings, that the policy is that they don't refund any money. She even made an exception for me that I could pick up wings the next day. Read more
I went for lunch and order 2 special pizzas with extra toppings, it was 11:45 and this girl that did not speak Spanish, took... my order I paid 30.00 2 pizzas 1 crazy breads, 2 sodas, then she gave a buzzer , that means it was going to buzz when pizza wasto be ready, so I went out to wait in car , I was checking on time, it was already 12:15 and nothing , so I went in and talk tothis young girl who talked Spanish, then she called manager and said to me that pizzas got lost, the order, they wanted to giveme money back, but I told manager that workers we're waiting to eat, so she gave anothers pizzas and sodas then I left. Do not order on the website as you will Get charged on it as well as at the counter. After an hour, my order wasn't in the list... as they sold me a semi cold multi-meat pizza. I got charged twice. I was hungry. It is disappointing and I'm still trying toget my money back for the money they charged me online. The folks work very hard but their corporate system needs to be fixedas I will never go back to any Little Cesar's again. First of all placing an order was frustrating. The young girl who took the call you could tell wasn?t paying attention and she... didn?t care about her job. Had to repeat order three times. Then once I arrived girl was just laughing with guy that worked withher while they were quite busy. Horrible customer service. I got home and my Italian cheese bread looked a few days old and likethey just poured the side or garlic sauce on top to pass it off. The pizza I ordered was cold on top and hot on bottom and allingredients were thrown in center! I called up there 7 times and no answer so I called on my daughters phone and it was pickedup after second ring. I explained what happened and asked if they wanted order number and that I was coming back and the boy whoanswered replied, ? you don?t need to I know the order your talking about.? So they knew exactly what they were doing. I, and myentire family and extended family that live here in Rio Rico, will never spend our money at this little ceasars again. Such awaste! The remake was decent in the sense of warmth but still disgusting ???? Needless to say our dogs got the order. I do notrecommend this place. Save your money. Worst pizza I have ever had. My kids could not even finish one slice... very disapointing...
I placed my order at 618 pm and now it's 700pm. What bad service. Got the pizza at 720pm. Over an hour wait. How hard is it to... make premade pizzas. People have warned me about how some business here in Rio Rico, just don't care about customerservice. This is what an hour wait gets you. Freaking cold food. Read more
Pizzas are always fresh, warm, fluffy and just delicious! The workers really are doing a great job on the pizzas and really put... their all in to them! Thank you! So much better than the Nogales Little Caesars. Read more
