Well I waited around 45 minutes for my food and was contemplating walking out at the house mark. I can be patient even if they... make these things from scratch I don't see why it should take this long for a simple large pepperoni. Cant even order in house to get a pizza quickly! Kids not knowing how to run a joint. Where are the adults? I was in house for... over 45 minutes only to watch kids not washing their hands and not answering phones. They told a customer who wanted to eatin-house , 1 1/2 hour wait to eat.. there was no one in the restaurant! Never will I try and eat there again?. Round table is 25miles away, I?d rather eat the high priced, 30 minutes away pizza! Read more
This place is an absolute DIVE!! My wife and I, along with my brother and his wife went in to eat here on the 10th of October,... 2022. One employee stated that there would be a 45-minute wait and then he almost immediately began literally yelling at mybrother, asking if we were going to order. ?45-minute wait.? There were only about five people in the restaurant (who werethere before we got there and still had not been served) and they were making no deliveries. My brother decided to go ahead andorder. All of the tables were filthy and I asked the employee with the loud mouth to hand me a cloth and some cleaner so that Icould clean a table for us (employees obviously too lazy to clean). I ended up cleaning all of the tables in the restaurant(only took me about seven minutes) in order to show these totally incapable and unprofessional employees how to clean. Wedecided to get a refund and we went elsewhere. This place is filthy, the employees have absolutely no work ethics and they arelazy and rude to customers; every reason in the world to avoid this place. I certainly will! Read more
Figured we would give the pizza factory a chance again but after last night never again. Went there an ordered food also used a... coupon we got at the bass derby that they had no clue what it was so that a a fault of their superiors for not reiterating whatthey are offering for promotions during bass derby. Well after waiting almost a hour we ask where our food is since i seensomeone come in and order an got there food an left an we still didn't get our order. Well THEY FORGOT MAKE IT!!!! But thenproceeded to tell us that "we can have the one that someone didn't pick up since it was also a supreme" Well as you can see inthe pictured that pizza was undercooked raw toppings and the other was burnt. Pretty sad but like many others that live here ICANT WAIT FOR PIZZA A GO GO. (Also want to note that there wasn't anyone really in there so it wasn't packed) also broadcastingthat they are veteran owed yet have 0 things for veterans lol an if its owned by a veteran it's embarrassing because theyobviously aren't inspecting what they are expecting.. maybe needs to be retrained. Its the only pizza place in town. The food is so so, but I have found the staff to be so self righteous about helping that it... seems demented. And they have no problem judging others. I find them helpful to a fault. I'm not going to buy their pizzaanymore. Read more
Great pizza, really great employees. Like Nicole?? Nicole is an exceptional employee with her professional and friendly banter... while ordering our pizza for pickup over the phone. It's ok. The best pizza in town. The only pizza in town. Their version of a thick looks like a thin. Pizza should be cooked a... little longer. A bit doughy. Also sauce is ok just need a bit more. When I don't feel like leaving town this will do. Just feltlike it was rushed. Read more
I'm giving this rating solely on customer service . My family and I arrived hungry after a long trip , and before heading home... we thought let's grab a slice. We got into the establishment and it was pretty empty inside. The cashier working ignored usfor the first 5 minutes without greeting or acknowledging us. We stood there looking at the menu and decided what we wanted. Wewaited another 5 minutes just to continue to be ignored! We ended up saying hi to her first & let her know we are ready toorder. Thats when she brushed us off and went to a table to ignore us for another 5 minutes . When the lady finally acknowledgedus she rudely said whatever you want to order it's going to be 45 minutes so you choose and walked away . We didn't even get achance to out an order or let her know what we were choosing to do, but at that point it was clear to my family and I that wewere not wanted in this establishment. Read more
