Ordered 2 medium pizzas, on a Friday the next 5 days I was sick as a dog. Food was either left out too long,or not properly... handled either way I stayed sick after I ate there! Never again will I order from Domino's. Most definitely mild case of foodpoisoning! I say mild because I've had it once before and was down 9 days and nearly hospitalized. Read more

12 o'clock on a Friday night and nobody would answer the phone. Showed up at the store all lights were off, door locked, tried... to ignore me at drive thru window. Waited 45 minutes outside to get 1 pizza. Don't go late night. They don't stay open liketheir hours say. Read more
Ordered online, and gave access to my location, they sent me to the wrong place. I didn't see the problem until I was at the... drive thru, and told the lady what happened. She completely ignored my words, asked me to circle around and get back in linebecause my pizza was not ready. I then waited another 30 minutes. Finally got back to the window, thinking they must have calledthe Ripley place and I was taken care of. Wrong, they told me to contact the Ripley Domino's and see if my order was sent thereby mistake. I again explained that I know it was sent there, can they call and get this fixed? I paid online already and I havecalled several times, but some recording picked up and was on a repeat loop. They can't call because they don't have the phonenumber for Ripley. Never Again! Read more
I placed an online order. After an 30 minutes I checked the tracking because it was estimated 20 min delivery and it had... blacked out like my order was complete. I tried calling and was on hold for 45 minutes. While on hold, I checked my creditcard and it shows they charged and then refunded my money. Apparently they cancelled my order without informing me. They neverdid answer the phone. Very unprofessional. I don't live in a bad neighborhood so why they won't deliver is beyond me. Iordered from Pizza Hut and got my order in 20 minutes. Read more
I used the app and pickup window. Came home pizza has wrong crust. Really? I reviewed my order, yep ordered crispy crust. That's... not what I ordered. It wasn't peak time so I have no idea how they screwed it up. Read more
Every time we order chicken we get burnt up scraps of chicken. It's supposed to be 12 pieces of chicken. Also ordered a pan... crust pizza and got a regular crust pizza in a pan crust box. Very disappointed in this Domino's the last few times I've orderedfrom here. Read more
