I wish there was an option to leave no stars because they don't deserve 1. Order a bacon and egg biscuit and a large coke with... extra ice. Didn't get extra ice and my egg was just thrower on the side of the paper. Very rude and disrespectful. Managers wasnot friendly either when I took my biscuit back to get it fixed correctly. Awful. 20 minutes in the drive thru line, 10 minutes in the ?reserved drive thru? parking spot, cold fries, and my husband... didn?t even get his sandwich. Never again. Read more
Hispanic lady working the front counter like a boss. This place was slammed for breakfast on a Sunday and she never got rude... with any "needy" guest, and got orders out in a very timely manor. Her entire staff had alot of teamwork ???? Read more
What a joke went through at 715pm took 10mins for anyone to come over the intercom after watching 4 cars leave for no answer. ... Pull up to the window and 3 workers just standing around not doing anything. Whoever runs this place needs to get thieremployees in gear and retrain them. Read more
Morning and lunch time is ok any time after and you will not get all of your order and the half you get is wrong. Iv had to go... back in over these issues so many times. I just don't go after noon. Or I have to sit and go through everything before pullingoff . Read more
Spent $28 on 2 dried out Quarter Pounder meals, a Crispy Chicken Sandwich meal that was burnt up, and a Happy meal ( that she... forgot to give me, I drove about a good car-length, stopped and walked back to the window, the man backed up a little so Icould tell her, and she shoved it at me). Chic picture ???? next. My grandson couldn't eat it. We live 11 miles from McD andI was NOT driving back out there and meet their Attitudes. Something needs to be done there. It?s clean and a nice environment, not too long to get food even when busy. Although they did forget sauce and straws since... they?re trying to get orders out so quickly. They don?t often mess up orders I?ve gotten and they?re pretty nice even thoughthey?re loud. Overall it?s a good place to go and better than a lot of other places in TN. Read more
