Gave me the wrong order didn?t want to give me the right order very very rude Manager?..
I cannot even get them on the phone. I've called atleast 4 different times. The first time It made me listen to the directory... before it hung up on me, now it won't even take me to the directory. Ordered pasta to a hotel room they did not send any plastic ware which I checked for while the driver was still there she... apologized and said she'd run to the store and bring some back it's now been 12 hours since I ordered my food and I'm still notgotten any plastic where I had to throw my pasta away and when I tried to call the store they hung up on me numerous times whenI called the call center they stated well there's nothing we can do because you ordered online I will absolutely never eat PizzaHut again nor do I recommend anyone to ever eat Pizza Hut again absolutely horrible customer service and they basically stole Mymoney. Was very disappointed with Pizza Hut with their housekeeping. Silverware and trash all over the floor. I've been going there for... many years and I have never seen it like that. Most people don't want to eat in a place that has trash all over the floor. Makesyou wonder, do they keep their own homes this way! Read more
