Always fast friendly service
I bought a ham and cheese with mayo lettuce and onions on toasted bread when I got to my location to eat the sandwich. I had a... terrible taste. I tried calling back several times. It kept saying that the phone was disconnected. What business let therephone get turned off. That's a sign of bad business. Read more

I ordered online & when I went in I heard them discussing the order & being out of roast beef for my husband sandwich. The young... lady was about to call me but I informed her that was okay. We just added more turkey to the sandwich. The vegetables were soFRESH LOOKING as if they had just been put out. It's after 2 pm & I was amazed. Placed a online order waited the time stated for the almost $60 order went to pick up and had to wait another 45 minutes because... they had not started it subs were supposed to be toasted and weren?t and they put things on one that was not asked for andanother was a menu item minus sauce and they took off one of the ingredients that was supposed to be left on Read more
If I could give less than 1 star I would. I went up to the door and it was locked I ask the girl that works there standing near... the door what time they close tonight she says 9. I showed her the time on my phone and it was 15 minutes until 9. She looked atme and shrugged as if she could care less. Staff is rude and obviously they could care less about paying customers. Had the doors locked. No note on door saying why. Then they talked bad about the customers that came and tried to open the door.... There was 4 people supposed to be working but only 1 girl actually working. The owners had a very bad attitude. Ill go tocovington subway from now on. Read more
