If I could give it 0 I would...service was argumentive when I told them my order was wrong and missing my nacho fries×2. I got... 2 cheese sauce in lil cups but no fries and my burrito wasn't right..went back and they gave me one order of fries and said thetwouldn't give me my money back and would make me another burrito...I just told them to keep it...I will never be back.. I was ordering the 12 pack of Supreme tacos, sour cream is included . Added a Ice water on the side. I got the the 12 tacos and... No sour cream .. . The attendants were talking to each while I was ordering. Loved Taco Bell, now I'm thankful that happenedfor a reason. Read more
I know times are tough but the complete lack of speaking at the window and talking to coworkers while customer is ordering is... ridiculous. Taco Bell used to be the best fast food in Ripley and now I just get angry every time I give them a chance. Reallyneed customer service improvements. Read more
Worst TB experience in a long time. They shut resturant down 15 early and made us go thru drive thru line. Crazy then they over... chaged us, food was luke warm, me, my husband and 2 grand kids all threw up on side of the road home. Food was awful. Wasted 28dollars. Will never go back. Workers were laughing and not paying any attention to there jobs. Awful. Tacos were broken and meatwas not hot. That's probably what got us sick. Read more

Visited this establishment today. Only to be turned away at the counter by two ladies, one who was super rude stating that they... weren't allowing inside dining or ordering. There were children sitting at the high top table eating and FedEx or some type ofdelivery service workers eating at a booth. The rude worker literally came from behind the counter and threw her hands in theair stating see what ya done did!? Not even sure what she meant by that. If your establishment does not allow dine-in. Thereshould be proper posting, no other guests dining inside and maybe perhaps lock your door. It's halfway through 2022 and 99% ofthe other eateries around have opened their doors back for dine-in. Maybe management should also train their customers withbetter customer service as well. As a business owner of establishments myself, I would be irritated at how my staff acts towardsthe public. This is the best taco bell I've ever been to but since they've reopened they've been a little off. Hopefully they can get the... kinks worked out and get back to their usual. ***Went today and this was my crunch wrap I received. I was hoping it was justdue to being closed for a while for a remodel but they are going downhill. Never have any breakfast salsa and never have anybreakfast items cooked and ready to go. Read more
Meh....been there twice in 2 months. Wasn't impressed especially since I could get fresh at a restaurant for just as cheap.... Don't buy anything new, either. Read more
