This was the worst experience we have had at a bob evans anywhere. We waited 20 minutes to be seated in an empty restaurant,... then the waitress came over and was very hateful and rude while we were just ordering our drinks. When we ordered she washateful correcting us as we placed our order. We waited for our food almost an hour after our order again the place was notbusy. When we got the food it was cold, steak over cooked and tough omelet had greases dripping out of one the other was coldand the cheese not even melted ordered a protein bowl and was given eggs and sausage with a pancake nothing close to what wasordered. eggs had runny whites couldn?t get a refill even though we stopped our waitress and asked multiple times. I started my Keto diet so I so glad to see there were plenty of dining options. I could not make my mind up, Cobb Salad? Omelet?... Breakfast choices for lunch? So I opted for the Baked Steak with mushrooms and onions, carrots instead of mashed potatoes andgravy, and Broccoli. I generously added a couple tsp of butter. No bread even though she brought it anyway, and gravy on theside. I added it myself sparingly. Drink option was water with extra lemon. Entire meal with tip was just under $10 and only 5 carbs. I felt very full, satisfied with my meal and service and my waitress was very pleasant Definitely will be back...stillwant that Cobb Salad!!! Update: June 1, 2022 Tony and I went to Bob Evans for early bird dinner. He had (of course) Budweiser &Turkey Dinner and I had Lemon water with cup of veggie soup and 1/2 chicken cobb salad. Very good and we both had to ask fordoggie bags. My side was banana bread which I never touched because I will take to Daddy, he loves it!! Afterwards we went forwalk around Cedar Lakes for 30 minutes to walk off dinner. On the scales at Doctor's office I only lost one pound since beinghome... Our server was outstanding but my salad was really odd. The bacon and tomatoes in the Cobb salad were not fresh and the egg... looked like some kind of egg substitute. Everyone else in my party seemed to enjoy their breakfast style foods. The breads weregood, as usual. Read more

Ordered for curbside pickup online given a time slot it would be ready and told to call when we were outside. We call and... immediately put on hold. Held on hold for 10 minutes. Ordered my son a side of fruit and it was pathetic it literally lookedlike scraps left over after peeling a melon and there were 4 grapes attached to a stem that was once grape covered. Rolls weredelicious, pecan pie and the lemonade we ordered were great. Chicken overcooked and dried out we ordered medium rare steakswhat we got was well done. The chicken fingers and fries we got my son were okay at best - fry portion was smaller than a kidsmeal fry at fast good places. Parts of the chicken fingers were so hard he couldn't chew them/overcooked. Green beans wereokay. The 'special recipe Mac and Cheese' was not special just a regular Mac you could make at home. Side note- parking lot isreally dark at night making it hard to determine where you should park for curbside pickups. Being put on hold that long whenyour just trying to say hey I'm here for my food results in cold food being picked up. Especially since they weren'tbusy/slammed with customers. May give them another try later and hope that it was an off night. When you order $140 in food tofeed a large family and add a decent tip it really sucks when the service and food is sub par.
