My 2nd time here and I really enjoyed the baked spaghetti and garlic bread.
This is the 2nd time trying Gino's, the first time was in Point Pleasant a year ago, it was great there. This location was very... good as well. The staff were very nice and helpful with our order. It was brought out to us very quickly and tasted really good.The garlic bread was really good, it was seasoned and buttered just right. Called in a order and 35 minutes later it still wasn?t ready. Finally got the pizza and they forgot the wings so we had to wait... an additional 20 minutes. Several people came in while I was waiting and they either hadn?t started their order or had gotten itwrong. Read more
This Gino's is better than most other locations I have been to. The service was pretty quick and the food was really good. The... pizza was really good and the Family Sized Brownie was good as well. But lacked the wow factor that you expect when you order abig round Brownie. I'm not complaining though. It was satisfactory. I will return! The coupons make it really convincing to goas well! Husband loves their supreme pizza,, great toppings.. I got the baked spaghetti..was disappointed :(.. To me.. I remember sauce... being thick & really tasty... Not so this time..& garlic bread was hard!! I wasn't late picking up...usually always early!! Read more
One of the best Gino?s I?ve had in ages. Service was quick, even on NYE. They?re generous with the sauce. The crust is not too... sweet and is chewy throughout even when we?ll baked; which this location tends to do. More of a homemade pizza style pizza. Read more
It?s okay. We ordered online the system is wonky told us one thing was sold out yet it really wasn?t because it?s what was... substituted for something else. The chicken tenders are not worth it they are dry and overcooked and you could buy bag in thefreezer section cheaper. Ranch is awesome. The Philly cheesesteak is really good and very large. Pub-wich was very good andfresh. Customer service could use some improvement. Stood and waited while one employee was out smoking while my food wasalready done and waiting. Read more
I found myself in The Great Mountain state twice in a week. I saw a sign for the Limited Time cheeseburger pubwich on my first... trip but they weren't open. I had experience with a ham and cheese pubwich years ago at the Beckley location and it was good. When I was back a week later I knew I had to have one of these. I was in a hurry and this does take awhile to make. It's alsonot for car eating but this is one fine sandwich. It is huge! If I were them I'd put this on the regular menu.
