This is the worst Sheetz I've ever been to. I asked my son what kind of snuff my boyfriend wanted bc my bf was in the bathroom... well the old woman embarrassed me to death and refused to sell it to me in front of the entire store. She said I was buying formy son that is definitely not what said. That was so humiliating. I will never go there again. Plus the girls bathroom wasdisgusting. Read more
Just paid $107 dollars to fill up, Receive at the pump didn't work, every single windshield washing station was empty. Bone... dry...... I went in bought $32 more dollars of over priced things. Asked for the receipt. Also asked if someone could fill thetanks,because was windshield was done for with bugs. Wait 10 mins, no one came. I grabbed a bottle of windshield washer fluid bythe door, did their job. Manage woman can out screaming that I owed the store $5 bucks plus tax. So I gave her $100 bill andtold her to bring me my change back...... This place is a dump. Bathrooms smell like homeless folks are living in them. I willpass this place from now on. Read more

We stopped here on w main Street in Ripley WV... and when I ordered food, went to the counter to pay, a COCKROACH was casually... walking on the counter. Canceled my food order real quick. Keep in mind, it's 12/23/21 @ 6:25 pm. And it wasn't scared ofpeople. Read more
Stopped to get a quick snack while traveling and received the slowest and worst customer service! The supervisor Darlene is... clearly unqualified for the position as we waited 20 minutes for 2 fried appetizers and watched them sit in the fry basketscompleted just needing to be put in boxes and bags for 15 minutes of our wait while she continued to make other orders ahead ofours. Another customer even apologized to us because they got their food before us and ordered after us! Did Darlene apologize?No, instead she continued to disagree with a customer who was missing an item. In short if you want a quick snack this is notthe place be prepared for a 20-30 minute wait for two items! Read more
