They had to quickly make food for 35 people. They did a really good job. There was a grey hair from the older lady that made my... sandwich, but I just removed that part of my sandwich because we had to leave quickly. The food was made correctly. Read more
This subway is very unprofessional and rude. They charged me for extra cheese when in fact I only ordered regular amount. Extra... cheese did not come out of my mouth. When asked about the situation the supervisor said that I did ask for extra cheese andrefused to hear me out. Definitely would not recommend this subway. VERY poor customer service and work ethics. Probably theworst experience I have had at a subway restaurant anywhere. Read more
The service was great, my four boys loved the food thanks to almost precise measuring to make sure all four sandwiches were... identical so all boys got the same thing... even cut tomatoes as close as possible to the same size.. really went out of thePrep'rs way. Read more
The food was good, but let?s talk about this service. The young man that was working was extremely rude, to not only us, but to... the other older lady employee. I asked to get cookies (b/c my meal came with it) & he responds ?oh, she?ll do that. Gotta makeher do something around here.? Then, I stand there awaiting & she finally asked if she could help me after about 5-7 minutes(mind you, he is at the register waiting with me). She gets upset & hands me the cookies with an aggressive ?HERE.? Then the guytells her ?next time you & such and such works, make sure she?s on the counter.? Just being plain rude to his coworker in frontof people. To top it off, he had friends walking up to the counter in front of customers asking for cigarettes. Beats all I haveever seen!! Read more
On June 9, 2020 I stopped at the Subway on Hospitality Drive in Ripley, WV. Anyway I had the best sub that I've ever had. The... young lady that prepared it was very pleasant and helpful. All of the personnel were over nice and made my family and I feelright ar home. Thanks for all the wonderful employees that we saw. They were great. Read more
I don't know the girls name that was working tonight at 6:30 pm 1/24/19, but she is a hard working, kind and very sweet... individual. Order and ate inside. My table I ate at was dirty. Most of the tables within my site were also dirty.Need to keep facility... cleaner. Read more
