Ordered through drive through, i asked employee twice if sure all the order was in bag assured me it was. Got home missing 2... items from order. Taco I ate made me deathly sick. So there ya have it. I knew better not to check my bag in the first place oreat their food. What I dont understand is why does Ripleys location make me sick everytime and Ravenswood location doesn't? Read more
Not happy with availability of products. On my last visit no lettuce and last month went there and they were out of chicken.... Mexican food without lettuce and or Chicken is ridiculous. Read more
I was very displeased with finding a long black hair inside my double steak grilled cheese burrito !!! It was disgusting, I... immediately threw it away which made me very angry because not only was I hungry but its only a short time event item and won'tbe around long ! I tried making complaint through the taco bell website but it kept saying error which I find oddly suspicious! Read more
This poor Taco Bell was absolutely floored when I came in. They were out of Nacho Fries, had 2 people on the drive thru, and 3... people on the prep line, and a few others doing stuff in the back. The lobby had half a dozen people in it, and the drive thruwas wrapped around the store. They handled it like pros, and got orders out as fast as they could. They also handled thereplacement for the Nacho Fries on my mobile order extremely professionally, and when I say that I mean extremely. They offereda refund on the order, or quite literally anything else on the menu. I quote "I don't care at this point," in that sad,exasperated tone of a food service worker being over worked and under paid. Not that it's a bad thing. I'm impressed they didn'tjust close down shop and walk out. Hire more people for the dinner rush. Had a beefy melt more melt then beefy also got a double stuff steak grilled cheese it was excellent. No coke products .
The food very hot and prepare fast. The cashier was polite and they got my order correct
Waited in line for a good 20 minutes and didn't receive almost a 1/4 of my order. Didn't know until we got home. Mexican Pizza... is back but not for me because they didn't give them to me. Read more
So I'm sitting out front of the taco bell in Ripley West Virginia, I went through about a half hour ago and got a party pack... with supposed to be meat and cheese only. I get almost all the way home, (Kenna), and I smell lettuce. So I look in the box andof course there's lettuce so I go all the way back to Ripley and go through the drive thru and tell them what they did wrong andthey tell me to park out front and they'd bring it to me. So I go around front and as I had sit there approximately 5 minutesone of the workers comes out and asks if I have that party pack with me. I respond yes. He seriously asks if he can have thatback!? I tell him you do know your not supposed to do that it's cross contaminated food! He literally responds to me I know andtakes it! So after about another 15 minutes of sitting they finally bring out the party pack.
