I haven?t had Arby?s in the better part of a decade (12 years?), and wow! This location was so pleasant, I came at 4am (nobody... in line), Seriana took my order promptly and knew exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it! She made sure not to drop my drinkwhen handing it to me, the food was made promptly, and all the sauces/utensils requested were in the bag along with the receipt!I don?t think I?ve had service like this in years, definitely an outstanding place with outstanding employees. So this is my first bad experience here otherwise it's been on point, but tonight it sucked. My Mozzarella sticks were under... cooked and oily. My roast beef sandwich had a torn bun so eating it with sauce was messy. I had wace down the employee from thedrive through to ask for my soda because they forgot it, and The soda they gave me was either half flat or half coke andwhatever else they put in the top of the cup cause it wasnt just coke. I wish they gave me a reciept cause I'm pretty sure theyrang thw order up without giving me the 2 for $7 deal. Read more
I usually love to grab a bite here especially because of the hours I come through. Most of the time there is a wait but not... terrible. Except last couple of times i had to just leave as there were only 2 people agead of me I went 35 min without evengetting to order. Late night is always a gamble. I stop at this Arby's every time I'm in town. The food is always consistent. The fries are my favorite. They are always very... fast and I don't feel like my food has just been sitting around. The employees are always really nice and have never made amistake on my order. They alway make sure I have all the sauce and ketchup that I ask for. Read more
