Drove up early in the morning. They were OPEN. The employees watched me wait, drive up to the window and drive away. I called... their number and they were OPEN. Every time I go here after work 2:45 am sit in drive Threw wait 10min.... then they say we are closed or can?t take my order... makes me really upset!!! Every time or cash only if you have sign saying open and 24 hrs then should stay open not wait 5 to 10min then say we are closed ! They messed with my order, I ask for a sandwitch and they give me chicken straps. I was on a trip so I didn't go back but I wont... stop there anymore, not oy for that but the girls on duty give a rude attitude for nothing. Jack-in-the-Box on Herndon stinks. Not only do they not train their employees in basic civility, but then when one of their... employees (like their manager did me). Bites your head off for asking a rudimentary question, then they expect you to go onlineand fill out a bunch of online garbage in order to probably get a free small french fry as an apology. This place ROCKS!! The night crew is unlike any other I've come across. Super friendly, fast, efficient, and they make amazing... food! I couldn't ask for a better experience. This place is usually good. However past couple of times have been very disappointing. Recently I went a couple of weeks ago... and they were out of sodas. They had a sign on their drive thru speaker. So I left than and came back a few days later andordered my food and was ordering my food and I ordered a large Diet Dr Pepper and the lady said the best she can do is a mediumDiet Coke. I thought okay fine I guess than asked if I can have a large Diet Coke and she said no. I told her "Nevermindthan." Than I went today because I was hungry and had no other option at 6:00 am and when I get there there's another sign onthe speaker at the drive thru this time saying, "cash only." Sorry but that finally did it for me. Apparently there's a fewpeople I know that live by there and said they rather go elsewhere. So it's not just me. Read more
It's seems like when I check my order at the counter, it's correct. The one time I forgot to check and get all the way to my... destination to find out it's wrong. Once again not the cashier fault. She put the order in correctly. The person in the backseems to never read the screen. Where did it say no cheese? So angry ???? Read more
My family and I go to this jack in the box when we go visit family, haven?t had much complaints till now. Mine and my husbands... chicken sandwiches were not fresh as they should have been. All the other food was fresh why couldn?t the chicken be too? Read more
