Staff not friendly at all. This used to be one of my favorite places. Now I've lost my taste for Culver's. I've consistently received cold fries and no... napkins. My most recent visit, I didn't receive a straw or napkins, the fries were cold and the burger didn't have everything onit. Read more

Got 2 cod dinners and ASSURED that all of my sauces were in my bag. Drive 15 minutes home and absolutely NO tartar sauce, even... though my I paid for 4 of them. Also, the guy standing behind the counter who handed me my food was so rude when he saw mestruggling with 2 bags and a drink carrier. I asked for another plastic bag with a handle, he told me "no, you'll be fine" Iwill not spend my money here anymore. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would, I literally waited over 45 minutes for my food to not show up. There were 6 individuals... behind me in line that got their food in under 10 minutes. Went up after 35 minutes and asked the cashier and she said they?re busy and to wait longer. Waited 10 more minutes with nothing showing up and decided to leave. Going to dispute on my creditcard. I met my mom at Culver?s in Ripon for supper. Maison took our order and was very friendly. My pub burger was delicious! We... decided to try the flavor of the day , which was caramel cashew. I noticed how busy the drive thru was. It was non stop! Yet,everyone seemed to be working together and getting food out quickly. I ordered the frozen treats and sat back down. It got to beover five minutes since I placed order. I knew they were slammed though in drive thru. Maison was cleaning dining room and askedif we got out frozen custard yet. We said no and he hurried and got it for us. Maison didn?t even take my order, but he made ita priority to get it to us quickly. That was so refreshing to see! Waited 10 minutes in line for a cup of melted ice cream. Couldn?t even get a lid for it. Btw it was supposed to be a Vanilla and... cookie dough concrete mixer. Read more
