We had J's cater our rehearsal dinner just over a month ago and can't speak highly enough about the quality and service. The... food was phenomenal across the board, especially the brisket, and received rave reviews from all of our guests. If you arelooking for a catered event in the area, we would highly recommend! The staff is friendly and helpful and the establishment is very clean and welcoming. That being said, let's get to the food! I... ordered the brisket (wet) and as soon as I tasted it I went to my BBQ happy place. Let's face it. Wisconsin isn't known for it'sgood taste in BBQ but J's.... They get it! The bark was perfect! It just exploded with flavor every single bite. The brisketmelted in your mouth and was marbled beautifully. Not too fatty, not too lean. I had some sauces on the side (you know, just incase) and never touched a single one. When sauce would be an insult to the meat, THAT is great BBQ! I am a door dasher and have been delivering for Js for a long while, but I've never had their food until today. I was completely... blown away by the brisket, pulled pork and the Mac and cheese. Prices were much lower than I was expecting and the portion forthe price was crazy. I don't know how they make money by giving away such large portions but I will gladly becoming back timeand time again. This is a MUST try if you live in or are visiting Ripon! Great food and great customer service! The minute we walked in we were greeted with a smile. The ordering process was easy... everything was explained to us. The atmosphere was pleasant and enjoyable. The food was amazing and had great flavor. I willrecommend this place to family and friends. We will be back. I recommend trying a little of everything.
