Hours said they close at 10pm, but when my wife and I went inside (little after 9pm) the girl by the cash registers said the... lobby was closed. There was no signage posted saying the lobby closed at an earlier time. Wife and I drove down to Culver'sinstead. Read more
So a few days ago I had placed a order for 2 Nashville hot chicken tender meals and 4 beefy crunch burritos and a grilled cheese... burrito and a burrito Supreme. $36 dollars in food. When I got home because they slopped it all together it was leaking on mypassenger side car seat and my carpeting in my apartment. I called up and complained they said they replace the whole order.When I got there today yet again nothing made right slopped together and leaking all over the place. Her attitude was rude andbotched the whole entire time I was there. Now later today I will be contacting and talking to a different manager I am alsoreporting this place of business to the better business bureau. Our business will be tooken else where as well. I purchased the 10 piece feast meal. This review is based on that. To start, make sure you get all 64oz's of soda which is... supposed to come in the soda bag. My family didn't appreciate getting "old" and near fresh quality chicken mixed in the bucket.The mashed potatoes are something to considering passing on in my opinion unless you like instant potatoes with butter chunksmixed in. The mac n cheese is good. Biscuits were average quality. Lastly the cookies, they come in a sealed plastic bag, thequality is below average and also something you may want to consider passing on. The staff were great and courteous and thereason I gave 3 stars as that is something that seems to be few and far between these days. Me and my wife went to drive through on August 21st ordered a 16-piece meal told us to drive ahead and we waited 20 minutes my... wife decided to go inside and ask where our food is and showed her the receipt she said she'd give it to somebody else I saidwell we got a problem we need our 16-piece dinner didn't have enough pieces so they filled the rest with original not happy atall! Ask the manager how long are you going to let us sit up here before you would have discovered we don't have our food shedidn't answer us!! Read more
