Last 2 visits have been bad. Orange Hi-C was pure syrup in last half of cup. They have 2 lanes to order, but dont alternate... between them so you sit waiting to order but they serve people who pull in after you. I assume the cooktop hasn't been cleanedafter burning food, both sausage biscuits were covered in black liquid and tasted lowsy. I'll bypass this location in thefuture. Read more

This is the best McDonald's in fondulac, the other one by pioneer drive has all rude employees, if we weren't in a pandemic and... they weren't overworked i would've unleashed, so i just won't go back. But johnson street McDonald's has never let me down, theymiss a few things in my orders from time to time but they are always extremely pleasant so i don't even bother giving them ahard time and am grateful for whatever i do recieve Read more

I wen through the drive thru, talked to a male employee, i know because when i pulled up to pay, the employee taking my money... sounded exactly like the one taking my order, i was told to pull into stall 2, i recieved stall 3s food, and when i went in toget my proper order, a different employee insisted that she took my order and said i didnt order the items i asked for, and mademe pay for my food again, and i again didnt recieve some of the items i had asked for. I understand fast food is busy, but idont think ill be returning to this mc donalds anytime soon. Read more
Berlin Wisconsin 54923 location. Garbage! Don't waste your money. They have a bunch of kids working there that could care less... about the food they serve. Bad attitudes all around here. They can't even get a cheeseburger with no pickle correct. The onlyitem I ordered and it was wrong 2 different times in a row. Spent 20+ minutes in the drive through, just for our order to be wrong and ice cold. Called and told them I?d be coming back and... I wanted the whole order FRESH. Was given a new order just for it to absolutely not be fresh and hot. Spent basically a total of45+ minutes between waiting in line, driving home, then having to come back, and it still be horrible.
