Great staff very friendly and fresh food
After my poor experience at the berlin subway, I came to ripon thinking it would be a good experience as it has been in the past... only to find out that the people working were unable to perform the duties of their job. One of them couldn't even put gloveson. The other informed me that they close an hour earlier than what they should do to the fact that they can't staff. I regrethaving spent the 15 minutes to drive over here because it was nothing more than a waste of my time. Even though I was in thestore an hour before they were supposed to close, I was still informed that because they close in 5 minutes due to staffingissue they could not help me even though that's not what the hours on the door say. Employees are very friendly and attentive parking is limited at least it was the day we were there. This is one of the better... Subways very clean even the bathrooms were very clean. Read more
Stopped by a few weeks ago with 2 friends, there were 2 people in line ahead of me, the process was slow and inefficient, took... about 10 minutes before the manager lady took my order. She was rude and cut me off while I was ordering, didn't ask me if Iwanted my sandwich toasted and threw it in the oven, finished and paid for the sandwich and waited another 10 minutes for my 2friends behind me. One of the guys making my friend's sandwich lost his temper when trying to put his sandwich in the bag,crammed the sandwich in the bag and blew half of the toppings out of the bottom of the paper wrapping into the plastic bag. Saidto my friend "sorry, I got a little frustrated." When my friend opened the bag the sandwich was smashed and half of his toppingswere in the bottom of the bag. As we were walking out the door, manager lady shouted at us across the restaurant that she wastrying to get things done before she went to her second job, she then proceeded to gripe about the young men that worked withher, complained that they were bad at their job, and that they didn't know how to bake bread. Horrible management for new employees... Not sure of the managers name, but who I assume was 2 new employees, got treated like... garbage right in front of me. The 2 young men did just fine with my sub. But everything they did right, seemed wrong for themanager. She was plain rude to them. It's no wonder nobody wants to work anymore if they are getting treated like that rightin front of customers... Sub was great though! Read more

I have not been to Subway in Ripon for years. I ordered the foot long steak and cheese and was surprised as I watched it be... assembled. I received two "scoops" of what appeared to be processed meat that looked nothing like any advertisement for the sub.Even toasted, the processed taste was evident. Add tomatoes that were not ripe and this was not a great sub. At least the breadwas fresh. The worst part was the sub was just under $11.00. I'll stick with subs using sliced deli type meat from now on when Igo to Subway. Read more
Just ordered subs here thru the app. Once we got home we found that one of our sandwiches was missing the bacon, the other... smoothed. When I walked in to pickup the order I asked where I could get our drinks and the two young employees working who weretossing something around when I walked in, looked over and said you can get them yourself. Felt like my need for help was aburden to them. Bad service, very disappointed in their food quality now. Read more
