This is a KFC/Taco Bell (just a detail). I placed my order at the counter -only me at the counter- and they get my order wrong.... Fill my soda, black flakes fall into my cup. So I take a napkin and wipe the nozzle, full of black gunk. Soda next to it-samething. The nozzles are SUPPOSED to be sanitized nightly, but looked to have been ignored for days. Classy. Messed up my order, my food was cold and put together terribly. Worst taco bell I've been too.
Staff cannot read a ticket. I order my food with no tomatoes and most of the time not only do I get tomatoes but I think they... put extra on. Try to call the restaurant and nobody answers the phone. Try to leave a review on the website and the site willnot let you submit. I guess this is the only platform to try and get their attention. Read more
the restaurants owners need to start providing better wages and benefits so that they can retain their employees. I'm not... wasting my time and money going to a taco bell for drive thru or carry out only for my food to be soggy when I get home. It'scalled capitalism. I hope that they either remedy the situation or fail and are replaced by a taco johns. Read more
Re-Review: I came here again to have the grande stacker $5 box. My disappointment was immeasurable. The lettuce was on the... outside of my my taco. I repeat, the lettuce was on the outside of my taco. They also forgot my friend's order and we had todrive back. The grande stacker also didn't look like the picture. Stopped by here recently to try the new $5 Grande StackerBox! Taco Bell has always been a treat so when they announced their new $5 box, I was intrigued and motivated to give it a try.The meal consists of two tacos, a drink and of course, the grande stacker. The grande stacker is basically a new invention fromthe innovative Taco Bell creation team that resembles a quesadilla with ground beef and cheese folded over itself showing 3layers. After opening up the box, my grande stacker did not look like the picture; the grande stacker only had 2 layers, not 3.I assume the employees making the grande stacker didn't know how to assemble it because the item is rather new. Aside fromassembly, the meal was an absolute delight. For $5, this box is a treasure. If you're brave enough, order two boxes. Read more
Staff was extremely rude, and treated us as an annoyance. Wait time for tacobell was over 20 minutes from the time we placed the... order till we recieved it. The food was absolutely horrible, cold and just thrown together extremely sloppily. 3/4 of theburritos and crunchwraps were just tortilla and cheese with the rest of the toppings piled at the bottom. We also ordered 3 hardshell tacos, one of them didnt even have any meat. Literally just lettuce and cheese and all of the shells were completelydestroyed. Its like they intentionally crushed all of our food. We also asked for lots of mild and fire sauce for an over $50tacobell order for our family, the kid at the window confirmed to us it was in there, and when we arrived home, not 1 singlesauce packet was in any of the bags! Tried calling the store multiple times, and no answer. On top of all that, we will becontacting the health department because I believe we have food poisoning. All 5 of us have been getting sick this morning.Avoid this poorly maintained and poorly sanitized place at all cost! Corporate will be contacted. Read more
